This operator was fraudulent and TripAdvisor should onboard vendors more carefully. Or at least be useful when things go wrong. I got charged 3x the cost of the tickets, was charged for a child’s ticket (which are free) and for a guided tour that did not exist. The operator had a non functioning phone number, so no recourse or communication, and of course TripAdvisor enables this. First and last time I use them. How are they even a going concern?
Do not buy tickets from here, they were not valid at the castle - very disappointing. The castle itself was great however.
Super recommended, good experience and it is very different to go alone with a guide.
