Luis was our tour guide he picked us up promptly and drove us to Sintra. He was knowledgeable of Portuguese history and was able to answer all of our questions about the castles. The castles are beautiful and definitely worth the walk. Just be prepared for a lot of walking. Luis is funny, very helpful and all-around great tour guide. He’s easy to talk to and when you leave you have gained another friend!

Stefano was great taking time to really explain things and answer questions. The history and symbolism at Regaleira was cool to learn about and the gardens were stunning. The group size was perfect.
During the walk, Miguel Alves guided us, providing excellent data and information. It was a very pleasant and uplifting experience. I recommend it; it is important to do the walk with someone who explains things to you. We had a wonderful time. Thank you very much.
Fantastic, very informative, and a great expert
It was a well-scheduled tour, our guide Francisco was waiting for us at the entrance, and immediately started to share some stories about the place. He was also responsibly contacting the ones that were late. The stories and guide he gave were really helpful and they allowed us to enjoy the palace even more. Highly recommend Francisco and their team to visitors.
Don’t book with this company. This is the second trip on my journey during the past week to Europe that they have canceled at the time of the event.
Waited at meeting location as directed, asked several tour guides if they were our guide since we had not received a description or name of guide before meeting time. We're instructed to meet several meters away from entrance by a fish mural. No tickets were sent in the broken link. Called main number and could not reach anyone. Ended up buying last minutes tickets from another guide for cash so 4 out of the 5 of us were able to go with no guide. Had to leave one of our adults out of the tour. Worst experience in our two weeks in Potugal.
