Por favor, prepárese 5 minutos antes de la hora de recogida en el muelle de Tzanjuyu en Panajachel. Para las recogidas en el hotel, en el vestíbulo de su hotel, 5 minutos antes de la hora de recogida previamente acordada. No recogemos fuera del área del centro de Panajachel.

We took a shuttle from Antigua to Panajachel using this company and liked them so much we canceled our other shuttle for Panajachel to Guatemala City. Our driver happened to be in the city in a private car so upgraded our experience without increasing our charge. Would definitely recommend!

Safe and efficient transfer from lake atitlan to the airport. As this is a shared ride, we were picked up a little later than expected which was fine. If you have a flight to catch, make sure you factor in a little extra time. If you don’t want to sit next to a stranger and want a private ride, pay more and book a private transfer. No need to write poor reviews or be rude to the driver over a decision you made.
Bayron was amazing answering all of my questions and made the process of getting to and from the airport from Panajachel stress free and easy!! He was kind, professional and patient with me.If I could give him 10 stars I would! He also shared his food with me on both trips! And always asks if you need to stop to use the restroom, coffee or find an ATM! I highly recommend this company!

Very fast, responsive, efficient. The drivers know what they’re doing and I trusted them as a solo female traveler. They offered toilet breaks during the drive.
Our experience would not have been the same if we had never met Franco. From pickup to making sure we caught the boat upon arriving at Lake Atitlán, everything was absolutely perfect. And it didn’t end there—when my husband had a medical emergency and needed to go to the city, Franco guided us every step of the way. He also drove us to Antigua, picked us up, and later took us to the airport at our preferred time. Thank you so much, Franco. We will definitely recommend you to our friends and family.
The only good thing was they got us there, but it was unsafe. The driver forgot a couple passengers and had to turn around and go back to pick them up delaying us almost an hour. Then he drove like a maniac on winding mountain roads to catch up. Then they transferred us to another van and this driver texted and talked on the phone while driving absolutely unsafe and crazy, cutting through parking lots to miss some traffic or creating an extra lane when there was none, or passing with oncoming traffic and expecting the other vehicle to make room for us.
Unusual, definitely. Sorry for the experience. We will check on this driver, and take decisions.
Full shuttle, tightly packed, be prepared to get to know your seating partner. Only one bathroom break when you change shuttles. Lots of twists and turns, not great if you get motion sick, come prepared. Bring snack and water as needed.
This service was prompt and communicative! Smooth ride and excellent service from Antigua to Lake Atitlan and back to the airport.
