Servicios compartidos de transporte desde Cancún al muelle del ferry a Holbox Salimos todos los días desde el aeropuerto de Cancún con 4 horas programadas a las 10.15 h, 13.00 h, 15.45 h y 18.00 h en el autobús compartido, solo hacemos la recogida en la terminal 2 de vuelos nacionales. Después de subir al monovolumen se tarda dos horas en llegar al puerto de Chiquila El último ferry a Holbox es a las 21.30 h todos los días. SI NO ENCUENTRA A NUESTRO REPRESENTANTE POR FAVOR LLAME AL NÚMERO DE TELÉFONO QUE LE PROPORCIONAMOS, NO PIDA AYUDA A NINGUNA OTRA PERSONA. No reconocemos ningún pago que haga en efectivo en el aeropuerto, siempre estamos en la terminal de ferry y si llegamos tarde, le proporcionaremos una solución sin coste adicional, NO NECESITA PAGAR EN EFECTIVO NI VOLVER A PAGAR EN EL AEROPUERTO DE CANCÚN.

- ¿Cómo llegar a la Terminal 2 nacional? Si aterriza en una terminal diferente, hay un servicio de traslado interno gratuito que sale cada 20 minutos a otras terminales una vez que llegue a la terminal 2 nacional junto a la puerta número 8 hay un acceso con un guardia de seguridad, debe mostrarle su reserva de transporte. y él le permitirá ingresar a la sección de llegadas de la terminal, camine derecho hasta que vea la barra de bienvenida. es importante que sepa que no podemos recogerlo en otra terminal, intente llegar a tiempo, solo esperamos 10 minutos después de nuestra hora de salida. si tienes poco tiempo puedes contratar un taxi de terminal a terminal para que te lleve a nuestro punto de encuentro. no somos responsables de los retrasos en los vuelos.

Punctuality. The kind boy. Good communication since we arrived at the airport. Everything is fine, thank God.
The driver on the trip to Hobox drove way too fast, passing everyone and way over the limit. Was on his mobile as well. The driver on the way back to Cancun drove at a reasonable speed and was good, but he was constantly on his mobile. Would not recommend them.
This was a very effective way to get to Holbox and they communicated on WhatsApp which was nice. A few notes for fellow travelers, leave enough time to get to Terminal 2…we were coming from the USA into Terminal 3 and it took us quite a while to get through customs, outside, find the shuttle, and go backwards through the little gate to the welcome bar. Also, the seats are very snug so be prepared to get cozy with your neighbors. The road is very bumpy and parts of it go very fast, so if you get motion sickness, the bus might be better :)
Comfortable van, clean, on time, friendly driver, if not so fast, suddenly accelerates to much on the straights
We were a bit fair because we didn't see we were at the wrong terminal and the partner was responsive to help us and make sure the driver was waiting for us
Easy and the shuttle left right on time. The price was good compared to others I have seen. Exactly as advertised. We received the indications to meet our driver via whatsapp. Everything was clear.
I would recommend this excellent shuttle. Good price. Excellent driver. The only anxiety I had was that in the instructions to meet, they did not put the name of the shuttle service in the confirmation. It was "Holbox Shuttle". They only referred to them in a generic lowercase fashion. A capitalized name or photo of who I was searching for at the airport would have been very helpful. There are alot of guys holding signs in front of the "Welcome Bar" booth! Once Oliver, the driver arrived, it was smooth sailing. It took 2-1/2 hours total to get to Chiquilá because of the potholes in the road at the end. Once in Chiquilá, Oliver helped me to find the restaurant they said we'd end at because he stopped at the Pemex station instead. I was meeting my cousin at the restaurant. He walked me and my luggage there and, surprisingly, stayed around to make sure that she and I connected! So sweet! I highly recommend Holbox Shuttle shuttle service!

We had troubles with our connections and the organizer was very helpful in finding a solution for us, which I GREATLY appreciated!! Communication to get us to the meeting point was quite good with WhatsApp messages (it's a bit confusing at the airport as we had to change terminals to get there) The drive itself was a little harrowing- that is one bumpy road to the ferry docks, and the high speed truck passing had some tense moments! I was very thankful to have a hand fan with me. The AC was on but I tend to feel car sick & it really helped. All in all the driver got us to the ferry on time and in one piece.
Long bumpy road to Holbox but well worth. The diver was very nice. The van was accommodating with plenty of room and air conditioning.
