Itinerario

Very good experience with Sahbi! Full of good advice and adapts to requests:)
Great day! We were guided by Sahbi, he is too kind. Give us good advice. I recommend it!
I travelled solo on this trip, and a huge part of my positive experience was thanks to my driver, Samah. From the start, she was warm, kind, and very welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. As a solo female traveller, feeling safe is so important, and Samah made me feel completely comfortable throughout the journey. She was also very knowledgeable, sharing interesting information about the places we passed through and the local specialties, which made the tour even more enjoyable and meaningful. What stood out most was her genuine friendliness and care she truly made the experience feel personal and special. I can’t thank Samah enough for making my holiday so memorable. I would highly recommend her, especially for solo travellers.
Back from our memorable visit to a small but beautiful country Tunisia. We used Kings Service car hire for two days, one day our driver was Freg and another day was Sameh, both of them are extremely polite, professional and have very well knowledge of the places and also both are very friendly. Some of the pics from our visit at various places. Thank you and we will use them again as definitely coming back for Sahara desert experience 🐪🌵🐫
Bader took us today to see the Colliseum at El Jem and also to the museum nearby. He chauffeured us brilliantly with a great commentary about the Country he dearly loves.I would like to use his service again in the future.Thank you Nick.
We paid £170 for a private day tour to Tunis, Carthage & Sidi Bou Said, expecting a guided experience with entrance fees included. Instead, we got a driver with limited English who was unable to provide explanations or the “personal, local touch highlighted in the advertising. There was no guided exploration of the Medina as promised, so we missed the key sights and insights we had been looking forward to. We had to pay admission fees at Carthage ourselves, despite the literature stating these were included. Overall, the service amounted to nothing more than a private driver, which is not what we had paid for. Although the company later apologised and issued a partial refund without hesitation, we feel we missed out on the only opportunity we had to truly experience these sites whilst in Tunisia.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the experience did not fully meet your expectations and appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few points for future travelers. Our standard Private VIP Tunis, Carthage & Sidi Bou Said Tour includes a private companion driver, not a licensed tour guide. This is clearly stated in our tour description. For guests who wish to have a professional guide providing historical explanations and guided visits (including the Medina), we are always happy to arrange a certified guide upon request in advance. Regarding entrance fees, these are optional and can be included if guests inform our team prior to the tour so we can make the necessary arrangements. Unfortunately, this request was not communicated beforehand. That said, we understand your disappointment, which is why we apologised and issued a partial refund immediately, despite the service being delivered as described. We regret that this was your only opportunity to visit these sites and that it did not align with your personal expectations. We truly value all feedback and will continue to improve how we communicate tour details to ensure expectations are perfectly aligned. We wish you all the best and thank you again for choosing Kings Service.
A year ago we did a day trip with Sameh who was recommended by the hotel we were staying at in El Kantaoui. I contacted Sameh of Kings Service directly this year to arrange an overnight trip to stay in a camp in Sahara which they did and it was excellent, the trip can be tailored to whatever you want to do, but from the Sousse area it would need to be an overnight. Sameh was our driver and guide for the 2 days, as we went to El Jem, Matmata, Douglas, the Sahara Camp (my wife and I said it was the best night sleep in years) the next morning up for sunrise and across the salt lake the Star Wars set and a jeep safari. I cannot recommended it enough, we had a great time, made even better by Sameh who is great fun. Will be back again to do more.
Good communication friendly driver comfortable car with air conditioning has given us many explanations
A superb discovery! The excursion perfectly combined history, culture and nature. Not only did I learn a lot, but I also felt a real immersion in the places I visited. Thank you to Sameh for his professionalism and kindness.
