Serravalle Outlet Shopping Mall Shuttle Bus - Billete de ida y vuelta

Poor shuttle experience. The booking states around 90 minutes, but we left Milano Centrale at 9:00 AM and arrived at Serravalle at 10:47 AM because the bus made an additional pickup for the 9:30 AM passengers. The return was even worse: we left Serravalle at 4:15 PM, but the bus first returned the 9:30 AM passengers before heading to Centrale. We finally arrived around 5:56 PM. The AC was uncomfortably warm, and the advertised Wi-Fi was not working. Overall, the service was not as advertised.

The experience was excellent. Bus departed and returned exactly at the scheduled time. Shopping variety is good and there are stores for different budgets. For those with spare time, I would definitely recommend this shopping experience.

I did not like the service, neither at the agency nor via WhatsApp.

Everyone talked about this mall so wanting a bargain we took this tour out there. First it is about a 1-1.5 hour drive one way dependent upon traffic. With the timing we had 5 hours which was way too long. They have the high end stores - Gucci, Burberry, Prada. If you want a purse but cannot afford regular prices and aren't picky on style then you'll get one 1/2 off. As for clothes it is a hit and miss. They had alot of clothes but not alot of sizes. And alot of the clothe were weird, clothes you would never wear on a regular basis. We honestly were ready to leave in about 3 hours but had to stick it out due to having to go with our shuttle time (they wouldn't allow us to go on an early time slot). And to take an uber back was over $300. I wish they had true shuttles going back as there were alot of people I think would have left earlier. Or maybe let you select when purchasing a ticket how long you want to spend and select your return time instead of it being set. It was a wasted day for us - I mean it could have been successful if they had the sizes but we struck out. I Again you want a purse, then go.... otherwise I'd reconsider spending an entire day here while in Italy.

It was really great the driver was on time , the bus is comfortable, the air condition was top and the road is lovely

Bus started on time and staff are helpful. But it does take nearly 2hours one way. I would recommend going 10am and come back by 6 or 7pm.

First of all positive things , the bus was big and clean, pick up and drop at right time The main problem we faced was that the Ac was not working for the outbound bus. For almost 90 minutes we were literally in an oven, kids had a tough time as our trip was in summer and the bus had no cooling. So if booking and getting the bus, check the Ac if it’s summer .

Everything was fine until when we were getting on the bus and she couldn’t find my name. Well lo and behold I had bought the tkts for the next day. The lady at the bus told me to walk into the office and tell them and they would change my ticket. Well, they did but told me I had to pay an additional $15 per ticket. I couldn’t get her to explain to me why, just kept saying it was their policy. I find that absolutely ridiculous. There was enough room on the bus so why did it make a difference?

I want to express my happiness doing this trip and this reservation we enjoyed the day and the transport facilitated our experience

It said you would get your tickets at the ticket center in the morning, but the ticket center in front of the station was closed when the time came. I looked around and looked for those buses and showed them a reservation sheet in Japanese, and they let me in without a barcode scan. I don't think I could have sat on the bus if it was full and I was on time.
