Nuestra primera parada del día es en Mossman Gorge, la base del Parque Nacional Daintree para una caminata interpretativa guiada con su guía, capturando el mejor momento del día para la oportunidad perfecta para tomar fotografías y la posibilidad de ver un Boyd's Forest Dragon o un ornitorrinco. .
Nuestra siguiente parada es el río Daintree a través del municipio de Mossman, donde la caña de azúcar y el molino de azúcar aparecen en el paisaje. La caminata interpretativa podrá realizarse antes o después del almuerzo dependiendo de las condiciones y horarios de salida.
Nuestra última parada del día es en Daintree Ice Cream Company. Como extra opcional muy recomendable, podrás degustar helado elaborado con frutas tropicales exóticas cultivadas aquí mismo en el huerto.
Cruce en ferry por cable del río Daintree para nuestro viaje de regreso a casa. Siéntese y relájese en el vehículo mientras su guía lo regresa a su alojamiento después de un día completo recorriendo el Parque Nacional Daintree.

Lugares y horarios de recogida
Tony's Tropical Tours ofrece dos horarios de salida únicamente desde Port Douglas. La salida a las 7.15 h desde Port Douglas y la salida a las 8.15 h desde Port Douglas. Wow! From start to finish our guides Randall and Tom provided a professional and humorous dialogue, highlighting the things to know about the regions we were driving through. Whether it be the sugar cane industry, the bird and plant life or the history in the region they knew their stuff. We were told a yarn or two and some of them were true. The whole itinerary was well thought out, with well timed stops, ample refreshment and interesting locations. We sampled the best of the region by way of Mossman Gorge and Daintree Rain Forest walks, a crocodile tour on a river boat, Cape Tribulation (a beach visit), a lovely restaurant, and an even better ice-cream. What a way to be introduced to this fabulous place. Thanks a million to our wonderful guides - your humour and light-heartness made a great day, even though we didn't see a Cassowary.

This Daintree Rainforest tour was one of the absolute highlights of my trip to Australia! The day was very well organized, with perfect timing so we never felt rushed. Friendly small tour, very well organised, The Daintree is spectacular, and you see many wonderful sights in one day. We were lucky to see a pair of cassowaries. The activities cover a lot of ground, and river without feeling rushed. The food was excellent for morning tea, lunch and also the ice cream. … and our guide Kel was friendly and knowledgable. We could not have planned such a day

Excellent small group trip. A little rushed in some of the spots but Kel was great in giving just the right amount of info. Really enjoyed the lunch and the watering hole and the mossman river was great for croc spotting.

Great day. First I’ll state the bad. Booked several weeks prior for the earliest tour of the day. Day before I received a call we were moved to the later tour. Learned that there were large groups on the early tour and they bumped us without asking. That normally would have made for a bad review. However, our tour guide, Ash, was the best. He really cares about the forest, animals and was full of insight. He was by far the best tour guide we have had so far in Australia. We saw the Boyd forest lizard. Crocodiles and a cassowarie. The day turned out being awesome.

Chris was a wonderful tour guide. He knew and "lived" the rainforest. Chris did a great job identifying the plants and animals on our hike. He also had many interesting stories about the rainforest animals and plants. The trip itself had many fun experiences packed into the day.
