1952:La historia de nuestra bodega comienza con el abuelo Artemis Karamolegos cultivando su viñedo en Exo Gonia. Produce principalmente vino para su familia, pero también vende vino. 1995: Vangelis, el hijo de Artemis Karamolegos. se hace cargo de la producción de vino, pero repito, no a nivel profesional 2003: Artemis Karamolegos, el nieto, se le entregan las riendas de la familia negocio. Comienza a producir la buena calidad, vino embotellado y etiquetado (luego Ο.P.Α.P) “SANTORINI”. 2004:Artemis supervisa la renovación del antiguo viñedo. Planta variedades de uva raras y tradicionales de Santorini, como Assyrtiko, Aidani y Mavrotragano. Una auténtica y tradicional experiencia de cata de vinos en una bodega relajada y de gestión familiar que existe desde la década de 1950. Las catas pueden incluir Roze, Brousko, Mezzo y Vinsanto, así como Nychteri, un vino tradicional de Santorini hecho de uvas sobremaduras y envejecido en barricas antiguas rusas o francesas. Además de los vinos, los Arvanitis venden una variedad de productos caseros como aceite de oliva, vinagre, tomates secados al sol, mermeladas, fava griega (dip de guisante partido amarillo), y lemonsanto, un licor hecho con limones 100% Santorinianos; todos cultivados y envasados por la familia.

Great experience! Our guide Fanny picked up us out our hotel and took us to 3 amazing wineries and to Oia for sunset. She was so knowledgeable about wine and history of Santorini and so welcoming and kind! She was a great host and made this tour even better for us! All the wine was delicious!
This experience was VERY high-value! Beautiful wineries with rich histories, delicious wines and snacks, and an incredible hostess. Everything went smoothly, and I highly recommend this for individuals, couples, or groups as a way to explore Santorini.

What a fantastic wine tour in every way possible! I can’t speak highly enough of our guide Fani. I wasn’t expecting it to be just my partner & I, which made it all the more personal. Fani was extremely knowledgeable in both Santorini’s history & wine. Being an oenologist & viticulturist we found her background & work history absolutely fascinating. Us having been to Oia the night before, Fani took us to a hidden viewpoint for the sunset, where there was only a couple more people. When our night was over i was ecstatic because of our sensational day but also sad as it felt like i was saying goodbye to a close friend. So thankyou Santorini Pickups for the fantastic experience, and an extra special thank you to Fani for everything, and making our day one we will treasure forever.
A great evening out! Fanny was very knowledgable and friendly, and the tour took us all over the island to visit three wineries of different sizes and styles.
Amazing tour! Ended up being a private tour which was a nice surprise. Elias was very kind and even took us to an amazing sunset spot and let us walk around Meglachori village for a little bit. The van was comfy too!
Absolutely great wine tour but also gave great information about the island the history and advice on where to go. The guide was lovely his name was.Elias Grigoris and we recommend you ask for him if you’re gonna take this tour!
