A veces, no hay mejor plan que detenerse por un momento, relajarse y dejar que la naturaleza le traiga lo mejor de ella. En este tour de un día completo, lo llevaremos al tradicional pueblo de Santa Rosa de Cabal, famoso en nuestro país por dos cosas : aguas termales y alimentos, como el chorizo. Visite esta ciudad y luego pasó algunas horas recibiendo las propiedades curativas de las aguas volcánicas de las aguas termales. Es una oportunidad para revivir tu espíritu. Disfruta de esta experiencia terapéutica en las aguas medicinales calientes y ricas en minerales de las aguas termales.

Santa Rosa de Cabal es un pequeño pueblo cerca de la ciudad de Pereira. Por su cercanía al Valle del Cocora, pertenece a las áreas que la UNESCO declaró como Paisaje Cultural Cafetero de Colombia

Después de un corto paseo cerca de las montañas, se llega a la primera donde una pequeña cascada estará corriendo agua en decenas de tubos calientes, todos ellos a diferentes temperaturas. La segunda necesitará una corta caminata hasta el pie de una cascada caliente diferente. Es bien sabido que los minerales de las fuentes termales ayudan a limpiar su cuerpo de toxinas y mejorar la oxigenación y el flujo sanguíneo. Y, por supuesto, el único propósito de venir a las aguas termales es en realidad estar en ellas, por lo que, después de toda la conversación le daremos tiempo suficiente para que se tome un descanso y solo se centre en sí mismo.

The driver picked us up on time, waited several hours while we enjoyed the hot springs, and drove us back. This is just a taxi ride, not a tour.

Unfortunately the advertisement for this “tour” is misleading. We were not brought to the town, we did not try the chorizo, and the driver was unhelpful. He spoke complex Spanish and made little effort to make it easy for us to understand (although we speak conversational Spanish). He dropped us with no explanation of what the set up is like at the springs, he gave zero explanation of the springs or the town, and he wasn’t friendly. In short, this is not a tour - it’s a very expensive taxi service that I suggest you arrange yourself. Also as a heads up I’d recommend you go early as it was very busy when we went.

I believe maybe i read the info for this experience wrong but this was way too over priced for what i got. I really thought i would have an english speaking driver that would help me understand all the histories of the places we drove through. I just got a driver who know no english, who then dropped me off at the Springs and i was left to figure it out on my own. A police officer had to help me get my band and talk to me via Google translate so i can get inside. Inside i felt so lost as i really thought i would have had someone who can speak english to guide me. The springs were unique but this is more recommended for a group activity as it would be a better experience that way. Additionally, when i got to the springs and saw how much it was to enter, i really felt like i over paid for this experience on Viator

First of all, kindly take into account that you were booking a private service from a place not too near from the location of the tour. All of this raises the price of the service. Indeed, there are public means of transportations that may be cheaper but you chose a private service, therefore the price. Secondly, in all the platforms where our service is provided, we make it clear that the tour DOES NOT include a tour guide but only the driver. We are really serious about informing tourists all the details of what we offer so we respectfully suggest for future occasions to read carefully all the descriptions and information offered by the company so you are sure of what you are getting and this way you don't have a bad experience and we, the operators, don't get affected by negative reviews. It is a very incredible place. I recommend visiting it. They have 3 shifts 7am-10am 11am-5pm and 5pm to 10pm. It’s better buy the tickets before you go. We use a private guide and he help us to skip the line to get in. You can’t enter foods and drinks only water. You find 2 different kinds of restaurants on place.
