Para coordinarte un excelente servicio le sugerimos contemplar que las Líneas Aéreas solicitan estar al menos 2.5 horas antes en el Aeropuerto, contemple este tiempo a la hora de reservar su pick up en el Hotel, agregue a este tiempo el trayecto de su Hotel al Aeropuerto de Cancún el cual estimamos en 45 minutos. El chofer se presentará en el Lobby del Hotel a la hora indicada por usted, tenemos 10 minutos máximo de espera, después de este tiempo la unidad se retira con un cargo completo No Reembolsable.

We booked private transportation with STP Caribe during our vacation in Cancun, and it ended up being one of the best decisions we made. From the moment we arrived until the time we left, everything was seamless, professional, and first class. We chose the Mercedes Maybach, and it exceeded every expectation. The vehicle was absolutely immaculate, luxurious, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. After a long flight, being greeted by such a beautiful vehicle made us feel like our vacation had truly begun. Our driver, Moises, was outstanding. He was punctual, courteous, professional, and genuinely friendly. He made us feel welcome from the moment we met him. He handled everything with complete professionalism while also making the ride enjoyable and relaxing. It’s rare to find someone who provides such excellent customer service while making you feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer. Communication with STP Caribe was excellent before and during our trip. They were responsive, accommodating, and made every part of the booking process easy. Every pickup was exactly on time, and we never had to worry about transportation. That kind of reliability gives you real peace of mind when traveling. If you’re looking for luxury transportation in Cancun, I cannot recommend STP Caribe highly enough. The combination of an exceptional vehicle, outstanding service, and a fantastic driver like Moises made this a five star experience from start to finish. I booked this transportation to go from the Renaissance at Puerto Cancun to the airport coming from Isla Mujeres via a resort boat. When we got to the port a yacht had decided to park in our boat's spot and we had to wait for them to leave, making us about 15 minutes late. Darwin was our driver and communication from him via WhatsApp was top notch. He waited for us and was right there for us to be picked up when we finally could park. He made sure we were comfortable and I was very happy with the service overall. I've used STP Caribe probably 6-8 times and I have been pleased with the service each and every time.

Our Driver Marco Dominguez was very polite and helpful from the minute he arrived ahead of time at our hotel He packed the car with luggage and offered us all a drink and cold towel. Trip to airport was smooth and quick Would highly recommend this service as so much more comfortable and quicker than TUI transport. We did this both ways and will use again without hesitation Thanks Marco 👍
