We had a group of seven people, and everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. The minibus was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and Ronaldo arrived right on time for both pickups. What really impressed us was the attention to detail—they had the car seats ready for our children exactly as requested, which made traveling with family so much easier and gave us great peace of mind. We had the best experience traveling to and from the airport and our hotel. Communication was clear and easy. They told us exactly what to expect and I felt safe and comfortable. The car was very fancy and clean and comfortable. The ride with Alfredo Ramos was the best! He was kind, had great conversations with us which I loved, and taught us some things as we drove to the resort. We loved him so much that we requested him to also take us back to the airport! It was fun seeing a familiar face come to pick us back up at the end of the trip. Would highly recommend this company and Alfredo specifically!
