Para coordinarte un excelente servicio le sugerimos contemplar que las Líneas Aéreas solicitan estar al menos 2.5 horas antes en el Aeropuerto, contemple este tiempo a la hora de reservar su pick up en el Hotel, agregue a este tiempo el trayecto de su Hotel al Aeropuerto de Cancún el cual estimamos en 45 minutos. El chofer se presentará en el Lobby del Hotel a la hora indicada por usted, tenemos 10 minutos máximo de espera, después de este tiempo la unidad se retira con un cargo completo No Reembolsable. Great communication from the airport liaison before landing. We were even given a video walkthrough of the airport. After meeting the liaison, we were escorted to our vehicle and driver. Then pampered with refreshing washcloths and offered beer and water! Great way to start vacation!!
