Emma and Jake were fantastic guides! Both are knowledgeable and funny. Being from Florida, my husband and I are pretty familiar with quick weather changes. We did not expect the heavy rain early in the morning to last the duration of this experience. Emma and Jake gracefully led the group, and it was extremely impressive how effortlessly they worked in the pouring rain. Everyone had a blast and the views while on the lines were unbelievable! The lines were the longest we've been on and even the guides knew that the whole group was light. Not a single person got stuck. Emma and Jake teach cannonballs better than lifeguards and swim instructors! 15/04/2026
Great to bond with the group on the short ride out. Made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. Although I am scared of heights, I felt safe and supported the entire time. Would zipline again!

Had agreat trip with Alec and the rest of the team. Right from the start they made us welcome and explained everything in detail. I was thinking it might be a miserable experience in heavy rain but they provided great waterproof gear and the rain makes it magical in the forests so dont let rain put you off. The facitliies are great and the walk through the bush would be accessible to all ages and abilites. Nice to see the conservation work that's been happening and to see the bridlife up close. Great family outing if you havent done the ziplines I'd recommend it and will be back again.

We had an amazing experience with Rotorua Canopy Tours, from the original query about booking a group, costs, expectations and the actual tour itself. The customer service is second to none, given by knowledgeable, friendly, charming staff. Not only was it physically enormous fun, we learnt alot about the forest and its inhabitants. Fantastic tour for our family to experience their first ziplines. The guides were amazing and there was great conversation and comraderie with everyone on the tour. I especially loved that we got to learn about the forest and the organization's conservation work.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience for our first family hipline experiences. We felt safe, had a great time, and learned about the important work the organization was doing. I can not wait to come back and do the other zipline tour!

What an amazing day. I was absolutely crapping myself, but the guides were so patient, kind and reassuring. I for sure would have quit after the first zip line (just my own fears) if it wasn't for their gentleness with me, and am so glad I didn't, and that I got to enjoy this experience with my partner. 15 out of 10.

This was a really fun experience, I was never excited to go Zip Lining except here. Our guides were really nice and funny, this was the first time I went on an adventure of any kind with people that actually what they are doing. I have to go back to Rotorua to try Zip Lining again!!!!
