Everything went very well with Elisa, a good guide!
Impressive city. One of those "eternal cities," like Rome, Istanbul, Cádiz...
This was a fabulous walking tour of an elegant and beautiful city. Our guide Elisa, was superb, full of passion and knowledge of the city and conducted the tour at a perfect pace for everyone to participate. The walking surfaces in the city were very flat and smooth so this tour should not scare off those with mobility issues. There is a fair amount of walking, but the pace is good and the guide can organise easier access into the Roman Theatre, I believe. The break in the middle for tapas and a drink was fabulous too. Highly recommend this tour, especially with Elisa.
This was a fantastic tour, our guide Elisa was really friendly, funny and so knowledgable. She really made the trip amazing!
Lightning and Flooding is dangerous for a 2hr walking tour and it wasn’t canceled. We tried to continue with umbrella's but that made it more dangerous so we canceled. Still have not received a refund.
Our tour guide, Elisa, was wonderful. She was super knowledgeable and friendly. She totally made the tour worth the money. We had a group of eight people. The ruins were amazing, and the little tapas break was great.
Elisa our tour guide was very knowledgeable of the area and the Roman Theatre and Forum. Easy walking and the tapas was delicious.
Thank you very much for your comment; we truly appreciate you sharing your positive reviews. We look forward to seeing you back in Cartagena soon!
Our tour guide did a lot of walking and very little commentary except at our stops (and all of the stops could have been completed on our own and informed using the placards at each stop). We did six commentary stops and had a tuna salad tapas at one stop. Clearly we could have completed this tour using the tourism walking map. Definitely NOT worth the price.
Thank you for your feedback; we'll do our best to improve.
Elisa was excellent. He had extensive knowledge of the subject. He explained clearly and cared about his participants. It was attentive at all times and was a love with everyone who wanted tapas in a different way.
Thank you for your feedback!!
So much history! It was a very nice walking tour but our guide appeared to be rather inexperienced. Although Pilar was very nice and spoke good English. She did not take control of the tour and lost 2 people at one point thay we had to go find which diminished the quality of the tour.
I'm very sorry to hear you were dissatisfied. We have a support staff member who helps guides locate guests who get separated from the group. In the situation you described, it was less than five minutes—the guests had gone up to the top of the Roman Theater to take a photo—but we'll keep this in mind as we strive to improve. Thank you very much.
