Was not given meeting point or who to look for. Had to ask by message that morning. When we got to coordinator, we were told we only booked a one way transport. The description clearly stated "transport to and from port". Our driver was great and everything worked out fine.
Thank you for your Review, as Described in the Tour it’s a shuttle Wich is pickup and drop of at your location, making stop at different locations in f you needed to do any shopping, yet my driver take you to the beach and waited 5 hours to drop you off at port the tour cost us more than what viator paid for it since we had to pay our driver for a round trip transportation when it’s only a private shuttle with drop of at your location.
Edward was the man! He was there when we walked thru customs. Unfortunately our bags didnt make the trip steward went out of his way to bring us to a shopping mall so we could get clothes. Then he brought us to the hotel. He answered all our questions and gave us great tips for things to do on the island. Edward gets an 11/10 best transport in Roatan!

Our drivers were on time, very friendly. We felt safe. They showed us around the area, giving advice on best attractions. We had to meet our cruise ship down line, due to a flight cancellation. They took us by immigration and then to the port safely.

Keisy our driver was awesome. Our flight was delayed due to maintenance and I was worried that they might leave or cancel our reservation but our chat with 2k adventure was on point and when we walked our Keisy had my name card smiling. Also we were told by immigration that we had to get exit stamp from another immigration office other than the airport Keisy drove us to there and to finally cruise port. He was friendly . Knowledgeable and accommodating. Thanks Keisy
