Save your money and go elsewhere. French Key charges $69 per person plus an 18% fee if you use a credit card, and the boat ride is only about five minutes. Once you get there, the experience is almost identical to the resort beaches, so you are paying a premium for very little difference. Stay at the resort instead.

Great Day very relaxing food was good.Loved the lagoon. It was very calm to swim in . Real clear water. Was like being in Paradise. Wish you could play with the monkeys . I remember when they were free to roam. I really enjoyed that.

Having been to Big French Key (BFK), I hoped the cruise line would offer the excursion. When they didn’t, we chose Viator, but only found LFK. This tour cost more than the previous one from the cruise line & offered us much less. From the get-go this one was a mess! We were instructed to meet Jerry outside the port. Unfortunately, Jerry was at Mahogany Bay, so he made arrangements for us to get private transport with the lady that was working Coxen Hole. What a fiasco! We were the first there & the last to leave. The woman was angry and barking at her drivers, cussed one out right in front of us & it just kept getting more crowded by the minute. We only had 4.5 hours there & she wasted one full hour fussing at people & no vehicles were arriving! We finally got our vehicle & she put other people in it! We waited again. Our private transport turned into a packed van. The ride is mercifully short and once we arrived the area is truly beautiful. The description said we’d have access to kayaks & paddle boards. We didn’t. On the previous tour that I purchased from MSC, I paid $10 less, had lunch & drinks included & access to the kayaks & boards. Our ride was where they said they’d be when they said they’d be there & the whole experience was very nice. This one? Not so much.

Could have spent all day there. Some things could use a little fixing, such as chairs, hammocks & swings and many areas of the docks. We were assigned a server, not sure of thats how it always work. Long wait times for drinks and food. Would have preferred to be able to just walk up to the bar and order ourselves.

Beautiful place, but, the food was precooked and wrapped in plastic (cold), the selection of drinks was poor and did not include any premium quality (drinks were mixed with juices and premade, served in Dixie cups); beer selection only included local, however they had imports at additional cost. Way over priced at $144.50 pp. Learned my lesson and will research any future bookings. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The driver was very friendly and helpful. Even stopped at store for us to buy some snacks. But the island itself wasn’t worth the money. The water was really dirty , doesn’t look like the pictures at all. It was nice to experience but it was a disappointment. Stay on west bay beach , it’s the best

We wish we had more to time hang out and enjoy all that LFK had to offer on our day at Roatan. The staff was all very friendly, there was plenty of activities and things to do while there. We look forward to coming back.

I booked the VIP Package so I could do everything(snorkeling off a boat, play with pigs in water, ride horse, have massage, and lunch and drinks). I was treated very special from the moment I arrived! Staff were super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this excursion!!
