Unfortunately disappointing. I booked 2 tours with Brasil Show. I found them on the trip blog. 1st Tour A day in Rio: With the Guide Márcio, Very Bad Humorous, we had a problem with the schedule, at Cristo, Márcio informed that there could be no delay, that I even had to meet him at 11:55, we were 4 minutes late, I arrived at the meeting point at 11:59, he gave me a lecture, Unnecessary, I understand that I was late, I was wrong, but I think they need to be more understanding, you arrive at Cristo super crowded, I was late because I was waiting for my photos to be sent, I paid for They wouldn't leave without taking the photos, they only allow 40 minutes to stay in Christ, and the worst thing for me was I apologized, he turned to me and said there was no excuse, I thought it was very rude, they treated the agent as if he was working for free, as if he was doing us a favor. As a tourist, the least I expect is to be treated well by the receptionist. 2nd tour Cable camp Guide Lucas, the guide was Ok, nothing special Negative points: We left our Hotel at 07:30 we arrived in Arraial at 12:00 the Guide drops you off in the queue and takes the boat alone the guide doesn't go along, it was a real rush, we stopped at a single beach for 40 minutes. Lunch is taken at a very simple restaurant, we arrived to eat at 4:30 pm there was almost no food but we had to wait, missing a fork to eat And the worst part was when we left, we had to wait for some people who were 20 minutes late, the funny thing is that I was 4 minutes late, Márcio crucified me and then I arrived on another tour and I had to wait 20 minutes late for other tourists and the guide didn't said nothing Anyway, it's not worth it, we arrived at the Hotel at 10:45 pm, you spend more time on the bus than on the beach
Very nice everything and excellent predisposition by guide Marcio. He was able to transmit all his extensive knowledge to the group, being able to express himself using his native language as well as Spanish. A genius guide Marcio👏🏻. The tour was very beautiful and the Christ impressive.
The whole experience was amazing! We loved it. The treatment, the information super complete, very respectful and excellent Service of the guide!!
I booked the tour to take relatives visiting Rio/Brazil for the first time. They came to pick us up at the hotel already 20 minutes late. At each stop of the tour we had to wait for a couple (who spoke Spanish) who did not observe a scheduled time, a guide said that they were stops of 15 min walk, but there were waiting for another 20 min at the meeting point. Last stop we wait 1 hour. When I made a reservation I asked them to have a guide who spoke English, but in the first moments of the tour the guide noticed that 6 of our group of 16 people spoke Spanish, warned us that if we wanted explanations in English to approach and ask English to him, because I would do the tour in Spanish (we felt relegated to the second category). Finished super late walk. Waste of time and money. A pity that left a very bad impression to visitors who no longer want to take tours with tour companies in Brazil.
Very good the city tour with Brazil and better yet with the guide Márcio Lima, attentive and kind, and knows very well the history of each point a true encyclopedia, each place more beautiful than the other, well worth this tour.
Great experience from the start to the end of the tour. The super attentive leaders. Marcio, great guide. Super recommend the Enterprise.
The knowledge of the guide Márcio surprised me, he demonstrates through the local culture the love for his city and work. Congratulations.
Despite the bad weather we enjoyed a lot of the experience and the route of the typical places, positive mention for the guide Marcio Lima, a man very informed about the history of his land and very clear for the directions to tourists... we had a great time!
