They don’t tell you where to start. We finally found the white building on the canal. The guy at the counter was rude. They only have portapotty for restrooms. Bring your own hand sanitizer. The captain on the tour was very nice. The cruise gave us a different viewpoint of the city. Afterwards, we didn’t want to find our meeting point for the downtown tour, so we skipped that portion of the tour.

The activities were fine and absolutely lived up to the expectations, but the organization from Viator was in no way satisfactory. We had booked a combo tour with both river tour and guided bus tour. Via the emails received from Viator it was not possible to book time for the bus trip, but only for the boat trip. A friendly organizer of the boat tour helped with booking the bus tour subsequently, but Viator also gave no information about the meeting place for the bus trip. A disappointing experience where Viator gets 0 stars and the tours themselves get 5 stars.
I really enjoyed the combo trip. Really friendly and helpful people. This is the best trip to go on to get to know Riga.
A boat trip through Riga's canals and a ride through the old town by electric bus are fun ways to explore the city. They are offered as a combination but you can also book them separately. The boat trip is unfortunately less suitable for people with disabilities but fortunately I got help and I enjoyed it. Both on the water and on the pebbles I have seen a lot of beautiful things.

Underwhelmed. This was overpriced for basically a sauna. It was clean but thin hand towels and no sink for handwashing in the toilet
It seems there has been a mix-up — we offer a boat tour, not a sauna.
Very small and uncomfortable boat. Audio guide was very limited and didn't give much information. Prosecco is an extra euro! Not really worth it.
The canal boats are not large, as big boats cannot enter the canal — this is what makes the experience so special and authentic. Most of our guests really enjoy the tour and find it very pleasant and relaxing.

The audio tour is done in an AI voice obviously reading an AI script. This was really boring and you quickly tune it out so you don’t end up learning anything about the place. Be aware the ‘free drinks’ can only be used on soft drinks (although pics suggest prosecco). That being said, the captain was lovely and it was nice to see the views from a boat.
