Two essential sites of the homes of the family of Savoy. Well organized tour with a friendly driver and two competent and very pleasant guides. Recommend
Merci, Sonia. Giuseppe
Exhibition "On the streets of the Queen" : organization that I do not think has improved since the Juvarra... There is no possibility, for museum card holders, to have the ticket online but you have to queue for almost an hour, and then pay nothing... When asked why, unlike other museums, it is not possible to buy tickets online, I was told "that you have to read it..." Why, after one gets the ticket, doesn't the nice young lady at the entrance still read it with her electronic gadget? Because at the Reggia di Venaria you can arrive from home with the printed ticket and enter directly, at a certain time booked, without going through the ticket office, while here you can not ???? (Also here is the electronic device that reads the QR code of the ticket and works!) Are we in another country? But do museum organizers know what happens in one museum and what happens in another? But what does he care about...? The salary receives it anyway and the chair from under the .... no one takes it away from him whether people queue for miles useless (and very smart) or if he enters immediately having fixed from home a certain time of entry... And maybe even increase the number of counters? Exhibition: eight carriages and a dozen vintage cars that I would like to know what "we get right" with Queen Margaret? The kind lady at the entrance confirmed to me that they had never been used by the sovereign but only that they were from her time... there were only a few photos of her projected: then it could have been titled "on the streets of King Umberto of Savoy" or the "Duchess of Aosta"... to see a few carriages and cars on the cross I could have gone directly to the beautiful car museum where I would have seen many more... and I would have saved myself the queue...
Guided tours of two Savoy palaces in the Turin region; enjoyed both the tour guide and driver; both helpful
Thanks Kevin you and your friends were wonderful guests

Grazie
Hello , very nice structure, magnificent matches.... arrive at various parking lots .. a real juniper, no sign no indication, yet x Turin and not only and a special event... international... so today Thursday, I have to say in difficulty x find the parking lot ... non-existent signs.... instead inside the structure prices a little 'too expensive to drink something..... positive experience because the level of play is fabulous.... but invest in communication... signs... because on the ring road, at 'exit... for example just no useful indication x reach the parking lots.
are 2 museums to visit beautiful the organization of the visit and the routes is really professional this visit gives you a cultural enrichment
I agree with your rating it was the most requested itinerary in 2022 all the tourists we accompanied were very satisfied thank you
This is a must see palace of ostentatious decor matched with incredible armour, art and archaeology collections AND the fabulously ornate Chapel of the Holy Shroud. Everything is over the top with decoration. Leave plenty of time to explore the different areas and collections, and take a break or two in the garden and friendly cafe in between sections.
Royal Palace and MAO are 2 museums not to be missed and we are glad you liked them we hope to see you again for other visits, thanks for your comment
