Experience was good for the money. Frank (guide) and Francis (tequila tasting presenter) were wonderful. Driver from hotel to excursion was great, however, know that the local roads leading to highway 306 from Planet Hollywood Cancun are a bit rough and couple people got a little car sick, but there is not much you can really do about that). Shopping time was pretty limited because they were running behind (very slow start to the excusion). The first round of tacos at the first stop were not very good (the fish and chicken tacos were dry, but the vegetable taco was generally pretty taste). The second set of tacos (pork) were MUCH better and we really loved the atmosphere at this location. The third set of tacos (supposedly taquitos but weren't) took forever to get to us, were cold, and overall weren't that great (needed to use lots of sauce). Because the tour was running so behind and because of a police checkpoint for illegal motorcycle riding, they got us back to the hotel late and we missed a preplanned dinner reservation. NOTE: No drinks are included; you have to pay for them at all 3x taco tasting locations. They also bring you to their merchants for shopping; vendors with cheep merchandise with inflated prices that you must negotiate down.
Our experience was amazing! Jazz was an amazing tour guide made us feel comfortable and we had a good time. He deserves a good tip. And Francis was very fun and welcoming and taught us a lot about tequila!

It was okay, felt disorganized and the transportation wasn’t the best. You are picked up and then dropped off without much explanation. The best part of the tour was Francis at the tequila tasting! He was so much fun and knowledgeable. I went solo, you walking around to three different locals to taste tacos. Drinks aren’t included, you’ll have to purchase separately. The tour wasn’t too long but you do spend a lot of time waiting at the end for transportation back to your hotel. The vans are crowded and ac is not good. It wasn’t worth it in my opinion. I will also add that the guides were very nice but I felt like there wasn’t much guidance giving. They just shuffle you from location to location. Also didn’t get the ice popsicle mention in the tour description 😕

The tequila tasting with Francis was great. Our ride pick up was horrible. Fully packed van with minimal AC. The tacos were okay.
