The guide was obviously very knowledgeable but unfortunately spoke far too fast and far too softly in some places which made it almost impossible to understand what he was talking about. A number of people asked him to slow down but he did not, which was probably why hardly anyone was able to answer his questions. There needs to be much more information up on the bare walls with sound and lighting to make the price worth advertising this to other people. A work in progress. Maybe a handout sheet would help?

We were visiting with family and it was great experience! Our guide was Logan and it was very fun and educational also, many information s that gave us a clear view on life and work of these people during the war! The place is lovely and people who works there too, if any have a chance to visit-just go! It worth it definitely! Greetings from Switzerland 🇨🇭

Logan was a great guide for us today. Really nice to see this excellent facility being restored so well. There's a lot of history here, and well worth the slight detour from the centre.
Very interesting history and restoration. Lovely staff and the right length of time for a family. A couple of recommendations would be to have the guide speak slowly for foreigners as I saw several roll their eyes and gave up listening and even talk amongst themselves which was rather inconsiderate to others and the guide.
Logan our guide was amazing and had so much knowledge. The bunker was a pretty unique experience with loads of history. It was interesting hearing about the renovations ongoing here and would love to come back for a look around once more gets done. The groups were a good size too- it didn’t feel too crowded which was good. For the price you really can’t complain and the tour was the perfect length.
