A good introductory visit to the city of Alicante. The guide provides you with tips to enhance the experience in the places visited and others if you have more time later. That is an added value if you are going to spend several days in the city. Otherwise, it fulfills the function of seeing the most significant things in a quick visit, as was our case.
Good choice for a quick look into Alicante and it's history and culture
Perfect tour! Parco was our guide. English was our perfect. Great stories, good pace of tour, took photos of us. Good food stops, but only 2 places for tapas. Had recommendations for other things in the city. Highly enjoyable!!
Great tour to get to know Alicante! Enjoyed all the stories, histories and views. Ramon was very engaging.
Our leader of the Alicante walking tour with tapas and drink (wine, beer or soft drink was called Francis (Fran for short) and he was excellent. He was very informative and we saw areas that we would never have found on our own. We thoroughly enjoyed our walk and all the information Fran (male) gave us regarding the history of the area etc. We went up to the fortress (castle) by Taxi to visit inside and the views all around from the fortress were excellent. Very very good walking tour and brief Tapas and drink at the end was very enjoyable.
Really interesting tour and totally worth the price. Our guide Fran was very informative and took us to the food market where we had some samples of ham and cheese. Then a short taxi drive up to the Santa Barbara castle with amazing views and then a walk downhill to the old town and a lovely tapas and sangria included. Such a nice morning and very relaxing. Thank you! Highly recommended.
We had a great time with Paco. He shared a lot of interesting stories about Alicantes history, food, nature and sights. We also enjoyed the small snacks at the market. A cold drink in the shade was a nice way to end the tour.
Nadia was very informative and sociable. Told a lot and seen a lot. Highly recommended!
I have always wanted to visit Alicante old town but despite using the airport for 15 years have never visited the town itself. So I booked this tour. Good communication about the meeting point at the market and on the dot the 2 guides arrived the group was 14 strong so we split into 2 and I went with Francisco. A good tour around the market and castle before back down the hill into the old town a some tapas. Very informative and great value.
We had a great tour with Nadia who was very knowledgeable about Alicante. We started at the Central Market where we had a short tasting at one of the meat and cheese stalls. Then a taxi up to the Castle where we spent a bit of time enjoying the views and learning about it’s history, before taking a slow walk down through the old historic district called Santa Cruz. We ended with a complimentary drink and snack at a local restaurant. It was an interesting morning and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nadia and this tour.
