I am really frustrated as my first family tour became a disappointment. I had booked the tickets with optional summit access but been taken to 2nd floor only. Tour guide ladies told me to it might be an error or mistake from Viator side and inform them for the refund but agent Mahmoud was reluctant to understand and solve the issue. We was hoping to ride up to summit that was I charged for but agent said that it is right price. While I booked first option was 2nd floor for 3 amount $160 and 2nd option with summit access for 3 amount $255 that I paid.

Please understand that we cannot control the weather, and the Eiffel Tower was closed by its management due to the extreme heatwave for the safety of all visitors and staff. While we completely understand how frustrating it is to miss out on seeing the city from the tower, this unexpected closure was unfortunately entirely out of our fault and control. We appreciate your understanding regarding these unforeseen circumstances.
The kids enjoyed the tour. All 3 (ages 10, 12, & 16) had said that they wanted to go to the Eiffel Tower and this fit the bill perfectly.
