It is so worth the price! To keep it simple use uber as parking is limited. Beautiful facility overlooking the St. Lawrence River. Robes, towels and flip flops were provided and people were allowed to enjoy the restaurants in their robes! Canadians are so so gracious and accommodations.

I would like to warn future guests, especially foreign tourists, about the practices of this establishment. Following a malfunction of their website during my booking (payment received but no confirmation received), I was forced to call their customer service. After 1h30 waiting on the phone, and despite the assurance of their staff on site that the number was not surcharged, I ended up with a bill of 142.35 € (about $210 CAD) in telephone charges. Their customer service categorically refuses any commercial gestures, clearing themselves on the telephone operators when the initial problem comes from their failed system. It is inadmissible for an establishment of this standing to: Have a site that does not confirm transactions. Give incorrect information about the pricing of their own helpline. Demonstrate a complete lack of empathy and after-sales service once the dispute is declared. The place may be beautiful, but customer management is deplorable. I would definitely not recommend.

Concernant la confirmation de réservation : toutes les confirmations et vouchers sont automatiquement envoyés entre 2 et 7 jours avant l’arrivée, sauf en cas de demande de modification, auquel cas la réservation est retraitée. Pour les réservations effectuées via un partenaire tiers (autre que Viator ou TripAdvisor), les vouchers sont directement envoyés à ce partenaire ou à votre agence de voyage, qui se charge ensuite de les transmettre au client. Lovely! We had an absolutely amazing time. All of the experiences throughout the spa were enjoyable and relaxing. (Pro tip: Bring your own flip flops or buy the standard flip flops; the slides don't feel good.)

I had an amazing experience. Checking in was good no hiccups. Everyone was very polite and friendly. I have been to the Lagoon in Iceland and this place matches up in terms of the experience. I loved everything about this place.

This package was a wonderful experience for our family of 5. It took us about 30 minutes to check in as many people arrived at 10 a.m. but it was a holiday, so it was likely busier than a typical Monday. They handed us sandals, robe and water bottle, and then we spent the next 2 hours experiencing hot-thermal pools, cold plunges, dry and wet saunas, steam rooms, lazy river, etc. Thank you!
