My wife and I used their transfer service to and from the airport. Before the appointments, Anna communicated well and made sure I knew the name and license plate of the driver picking us up. For the airport, there were clear instructions for the meeting area with Mr. Hoan, our driver. We had a question come up while trying to find the area and Anna answered our question in a minute and checked to see that we had gotten in touch with the driver. Upon pickup at our hotel, Mr. Minh, came into the lobby to find us and walk us to the car. Both rides were great. Overall a nice, easy experience.

The driver was very punctual and helpful with loading suitcases after flights and we had a pleasant drive to hotel.

Easy transfer and good communication
Perfect, seamless experience! After booking, the business reached out to me and answered all of my many questions. The driver helped with my things and was there right after I left. The car was clean. The driver and I didnt chat, but he was very kind when we did. Honestly this was exactly what I needed after a long trip moving between countries. If you want an easy experience, I recommend this company 100% and next time I am back in Hanoi I am booking them again.

This was a perfect way to arrive to Hanoi. There was clear communication through WhatsApp from Anna before the day so I could relax and knew exactly where to meet the taxi. Arrivals in Hanoi is hectic and it was a relief to know where to go to meet the taxi. Mr Minh was right where expected and had my name clearly written. He helped with my bags and it was an easy comfortable and safe drive in a lovely van with AC. Worth noting you should have cash ready to give a tip as you can’t add with card.
