We had a wonderful time! Edgar was our guide and I can't say enough good things about him. He was friendly and really focused on us having a great experience. The segways are surprisingly easy to ride once you get the hang of it which doesn't take long. Edgar knew the best shops and restaurant for us to stop at along the tour. Everyone was friendly and the facilities are clean. 5-star experience. We'll definitely be back!
The operators are great and very, very accommodating. They keep you safe. It was a very fun experience.
We had a misunderstanding about the meeting place as I used the one detailed on Tripadvisor. I was not told anything else. I sadly missed the tour because of this. But I was provided with a full refund. Please ask them for an exact meeting place so you do not miss your tour.
Jill and Isabelle were wonderful guides. Very personable. The beach was very stinky due to Sargassum so that part was not enjoyable but had nothing to do with these ladies. I would highly recommend in non-Sargassum season.
Location is very hard to find. Construction didn't help. Signs on the building would help. Introduction and training was good. Ride seemed a little short and through some very congested areas. Very friendly staff.
This was super fun! Our tour guides were fantastic! We were newbies but we felt completely comfortable riding after the training. Highly recommend!
Only complaint is finding a taxi. Tell them bacalar. Then they know. But the rest of the tour is fantastic. Edgar gave my husband and I private instructions since it was a first time. Made it so easy for us to get the hang of it easily. Also Isabella and Bianca were great. Did not think I would be able to maneuver through crowds but I did without a problem. Loved it and the tour. Highly recommend.

We had a BLAST on the Segway tour of Mahahual (Costa Maya on Carnival cruise stop). Edgar, Isabell and the whole team made sure we were safe and comfortable on the segways. Even our 12 year old got used to it and soon we were zooming around. The downtown area was packed and lovely to see. (Thankfully most people got out of the way when the line of segways came through. ) Definitely an experience not to be missed. (The starting point was not near the cruise terminal but a 5 minute taxi ride made it very easy).
