Unfortunately, despite our reassurance that your refund was guaranteed, the conversation became hostile, and you continued demanding an immediate refund before leaving the marina. Even so, we approved and processed your full refund the very same day. We respect every guest’s opinion and welcome honest feedback. However, we cannot accept reviews containing false accusations. At no point did we keep your money, attempt to keep your money, or ask you to sail in unsafe weather. Those claims are simply untrue.
