Su guía privado lo recibirá en su hotel de Kusadasi o en el puerto de Kusadasi a la hora acordada previamente. La hora de recogida se dará durante la confirmación de su reserva.
Después del saludo, tendremos un viaje de 20 minutos hasta el área de Éfeso para visitar uno de los principales lugares destacados de Turquía. Éfeso, una de las 12 ciudades de la Liga Jónica (un antiguo distrito griego en la costa occidental de Asia Menor) se encuentra cerca de Izmir. Como ciudad portuaria, fue un importante punto de partida para las rutas comerciales hacia Asia Menor. Camine por la historia a lo largo de calles de mármol bordeadas de maravillosos edificios públicos. Entre ellos se encuentran las Termas de Escolástica y la Biblioteca de Celso (fue construida a principios del siglo II d.C. por Cayo Julio Aquila para ser un monumento a su padre Cayo Julio Celso Polemano, procónsul de la Provincia de Asia). El Templo de Adriano y el Gran Teatro son dos de los edificios más impresionantes de Éfeso. El Gran Teatro fue construido en el siglo III a.C. y luego fue ampliado a 24.000 espectadores por los romanos en el siglo I d.C.
Hora del almuerzo: tendremos un delicioso kebap turco y mezes con ensalada con refrescos incluidos.
A continuación, nos dirigiremos a nuestra próxima parada Miletus, una antigua ciudad ubicada cerca del actual Akköy en la desembocadura del río Buyuk Menderes (meandro). Mileto debe su importancia a su posición en las rutas comerciales. Era una de las ciudades más grandes de Anatolia con una población de entre 80.000 y 100.000 habitantes. Muy próspero, fundó muchas colonias y fue el hogar de los filósofos del 6 a. C. Anaximandro, Anaxímenes y Tales, el urbanista Hippodamus y arquitecto de Hagia Sophia, Isidoro. Teniendo una posición destacada, Mileto se convirtió en el puerto más importante de esta zona y fue el miembro más activo de las doce ciudades de la Confederación Jónica. En el siglo VII a. C., los lidios sitiaron la ciudad. La ciudad estaba entonces controlada por persas, romanos y turcos selyúcidas.
Nuestra última visita después de Mileto será Didyma. La palabra Didyma significa “gemelos” y algunos la asociaron como el lugar de encuentro de Zeus y Leto para tener sus gemelos Apolo y Artemisa. Didyma era famoso por ser un centro de profecías dedicado a Apolo, que tenía un propósito similar al del Delfos de Anatolia. No era una ciudad, sino un santuario vinculado a Mileto por milesios con un camino sagrado de 19 km / 12 millas.
Después del recorrido, lo llevaremos de regreso al centro o puerto de la ciudad de Kusadasi.

It was the best tour of our cruise. We previously visited Ephesus- it was also off the cruise. This time it was even better. Our guide Nejdet was a gentleman. We had a very bad experience in Bodrum previous day. He pledged to make Kusadasi visit a delight and he did deliver. We visited two new places - Priene and Miletus. Didyma was not yet open after renovations. The company contacted us in advance and offered this new itinerary. We agreed with not much enthusiasm, but it was wonderful experience. We got to the sites early in the morning and enjoyed walking without crowds. The sites are underrated. Then we headed to Ephesus and saw it with great pleasure in the new afternoon light. On the way Nej arranged a taste of quick Turkish appetizers for us as we were running late. The food and setting was very nice, we were treated as VIPs. Thank you Nej and company!

Worth every penny. Staying at the Pine Bay Hotel and booked this trip while still in UK, I contacted the tour company who accommodated us being picked up from there no problems. We had a mini bus to ourselves as a family of four. Yavuz was our guide, excellent and very knowledgable. Unfortunately Didyma was closed so we changed our schedule for Priene, Ephesus and as it was very hot we did the Ephesus Museum indoors. We stopped for a very nice lunch by request which was fitted in happily after the outdoor sites when we were ready to cool off. We also stopped at the Temple of Artemis for a quick photo of one of the 7 ancient wonders of the world. Would definitely recommend this tour guide for communications, accommodating any changes and excellent knowledge. Also top tip - check Kusasasi Port timetable and choose a day to visit Ephesus when there are no cruise ships or only small ships in port as this will increase the crowds massively if there are big ships in port.
