I had the most incredible experience with Eddie Sal in Santorini! From the moment we met, he made me feel comfortable, confident, and beautiful. He was so patient, professional, and knew all the perfect locations and angles to capture the stunning scenery. The photos turned out even better than I could have imagined. The flying dress experience was amazing!!! I highly recommend every woman to do it once in their life and significant others should also join in for a few shots. Such a great memory and experience. We had an incredible experience with the Santorini Flying Dress photoshoot! Edward and Michael were professional, punctual, and made the entire session feel effortless. I am greatful for Edward's direction to get the best shots! His professionalism and kindness, including giving us a ride back to our hotel, went above and beyond! Our unedited photos and one retouched photo were delivered earlier than expected, same day as our morning shoot! Highly recommend this team for a memorable Santorini photoshoot!

This tour deserves no stars. I booked it a month in advance. The operator was not easily contacted and didn’t reach out to me till the day before . I replied to all his messages. However when I arrived at the meeting point ( on time and before him) he told me that because I never replied to him. I would get what has which is a red dress and not the color I choose. He claimed that he could not reach me . However being a business owner myself I would have called and texted ahead of time instead of just showing up un prepared. How would he know my size??? I told him that I didn’t want red and I wanted my money back . He gave me a partial refund . Horrible experience. Horrible company. Viator is not much help since they have to ask him for the rest of the refund money . Pick another vendor
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to provide some clarification from our side. Our team reached out to you multiple times both via the Viator platform and WhatsApp in the days leading up to your scheduled shoot, in order to confirm your dress color, size, and other important details. Unfortunately, we did not receive any replies. The only message we received from you was on the day of the shoot, just 10 minutes before the scheduled time, informing us that you had arrived. Due to the lack of communication, we prepared the best available dress option to ensure the shoot could still take place. Upon meeting at the location, we kindly offered you several alternative solutions on the spot but all were declined. Additionally, we must mention that during the encounter, your behavior and that of your companion were verbally aggressive toward our team, and it was apparent that you were under the influence of alcohol. Despite the situation, we still issued you a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill even though no photoshoot took place. We always aim to create a respectful, smooth, and magical experience for each guest. But as with any collaboration, mutual communication and courtesy are essential. We wish you all the best and safe travels ahead.
This experience was amazing! The assistant came to our hotel room, helped me put on my dress, and made sure I was comfortable before we headed out to our shooting locations. They provided us with water bottles and helped us feel at ease while posing. They also knew all the perfect spots for the photoshoot. Afterward, they escorted us back to our hotel room to ensure we arrived safely, helped me out of the dress, and explained how we would receive our photos the next day. It was such a fun and professional experience, and I definitely recommend booking this if you want to do a flying dress shoot in Santorini!
