We arrived in Mexico City on a Sunday evening and thanks to the professionalism and exceptional service of Estigo Tours were able to book online (via chat and then phone) a private driver and tour guide for the next day to the Pyramids and Church of the Virgin Guadalupe. The price, despite the last minute booking, was very reasonable and the tour guide, Francisco, was exceptional. We were picked up at our hotel as a part of the tour price. We spent a beautiful day touring the Pyramids and Church, had a wonderful lunch near the Pyramids, visited a very high quality Native American jewelry shop, and were returned to our hotel very satisfied and much enlightened about what we had seen. Francisco our guide spoke excellent English and was very knowledgable. Definitely a Five Star experience. Definitely will book another tour with Estigo Tours when we return to Mexico!

My daughter and I spent 5 days in Mexico City. Three of those days were spent with Francisco, our tour guide with Estigo Tours. The 3-day tour was arranged carefully by Gonzalo with such efficiency that we could experience a great number and variety of sites in a short time. Both Gonzalo and Francisco were outstanding. I called Estigo shortly before our trip and Gonzalo helped me plan fabulous tours: Day One to the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe and the Pyramids of Teotihuacan; Day Two to Xochimilco with a boat ride on the lake, as well as a visit to Coyoacan with the Casa Azul of Frieda Kahlo and the house of Leon Trotsky; and Day Three to the Chapultepec Castle and incomparable Museum of Anthropology in the large, beautiful green park, Bosque de Chapultepec. In addition, Gonzalo and Francisco recommended several other enjoyable and informative sites that we explored on our own—Mariachis and good food at Café Tecuba, the Aztec ruins in central Mexico City, the Palacio de Bellas Artes, and the historical and inspiring Metropolitan Cathedral. Gonzalo arranged rides to and from our hotel as well as the airport. He was in touch daily and often met our needs before we even experienced them! The guided tours were led each day by Francisco—knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and all with a wonderful sense of humor. We saw and learned so much about the remarkable history of Mexico City with just the right amount of time to linger in each place where so much of the past is well-preserved. We stayed at the marvelous Hotel Catedral in the historic heart of the city and were only a few steps from the Metropolitan Cathedral and Aztec ruins. Our tour to Teotihuacan was exceptional. We opted for a private tour and could not be happier with Estigo. Gonzalo was so supportive and instrumental in curating our private tour. He reached out to us to understand our interests and curated a perfect tour of the temples. Our guide, Francisco was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and flexible to adjust our tour to our liking without missing any of the amazing sites. We were looking at multiple options. Estigo as well as a vender on kimkim. Estigo was much more reasonably priced. Service was excellent - we had a very knowledgeable guide who had a degree in history. Pick up and drop off at our hotel was always on time. Vehicle was clean and safe. We liked that it was a private tour and we had some flexibility. We actually did 3 tours over several days with a fourth tour scheduled but I went home early due to illness.

The tour was an awesome experience. Gonzalo from Estigo Tours did a wonderful job setting up the tour and ensuring we were matched a perfect ct tour guide. He also provided many useful details to prepare for the tour. Our tour guide, Gerardo, was fantastic. He is a past doctoral student who is still conducting research on the Mexican history and of this site specifically. He was an encyclopedia of information. I was with friend born, raised and living in Mexico, and many of the facts Gerardo shared with us they did not know!! Amazing tour and I can't recommend it enough!!!

We had a wonderful experience yesterday with Gerardo (guide) and Ignacio (driver). They were patient and kind with our family, even as we dealt with one of our kids car sickness. Gerardo was extremely professional and knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. Additionally, we appreciated all the communication and flexibility regarding the park entrance given the devastating events earlier in the week (shooting on site). We definitely had a five star experience and will be recommending to anyone we know visiting CDMX.

We organized a non-official school group trip for 34 people, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. The kids had an amazing time spending the day with bilingual guides who spoke with them in Spanish. Since our school in the U.S. is bilingual, it was a wonderful opportunity for the students to practice their Spanish in a real-world setting. Our guides, Mariana and Scarlett, were both excellent. Mariana took the kids’ group and they had an absolute blast with her. She kept them engaged, energized, and speaking Spanish throughout the tour. Meanwhile, the adults had their own tour running adjacent to the kids, which worked out perfectly. Transportation was great — we had a bus that was comfortable and punctual, and everything ran exactly on schedule. Communication with the organizer, Gonzalo, was top notch. He answered questions promptly and made the whole planning process very easy. He also arranged lunch at El Ranchito, which was extremely kid-friendly and able to accommodate our large group without any issues. Overall, everything was smooth, professional, and extremely well organized. The logistics were handled perfectly, which made the day enjoyable for both the kids and the adults. Highly recommend.
