Like everywhere, chaos, long lines. But on the boat, very nice staff. Do not expect a quiet sunset cruise under any circumstances; everything is turned into a party. It was loud, and apart from us, nobody probably saw the sunset. If you like parties, it's great. But that has nothing to do with winding down peacefully.
Very fun! Employees all had a very good dancing vibe. Had one too many drinks. Sunset was perfect.!!
They had no record of me booking or paying for the event. Left a message of concern and have heard nothing back. Manager finally assisted me and i got on the boat. During tge boat ride was approached three times on how i got on the ship. The manager put me on the wrong boat. g
Terrible!!! Operator lied to us about the type of service. Totally different from what was hired
I booked the 5 pm tour on 11.28.25. I paid for what they said was a two hour cruise. We had to pay port taxes and all of the other boats left the port expect for ours. No one told us that we would not be sailing. We basically sat in port and they had people dancing. We all got one drink. That’s it. Most people sat down when they saw that we would not be going anywhere. However, they never told us. They just kept pushing the dancers. I have tried getting at least some of my money back but neither Viator or the promoter has been helpful. I’m really disappointed. Hopefully they will make it right.
The entertainment was fun. The crew was great. The “Open Bar” was VERY misleading. The value for the cost was not worth it.
It was fun the whole time you were there. Entertainment was great. Dancers, the MC and DJ with the bangers. Good drinks. You'll feel by your second drink. Would definitely book again. Come early. First come first serve type. They have the list and start numbering everyone as they come. That number is the number they will call you to get into the ship.
Fantastic energy and great time overall! The whole staff was very friendly, would recommend one hundred percent!
It was so much fun! Such a great experience! We danced and partied all night long! We celebrated my birthday with others!
Not a premium experience or on the boat advertised. 30 max? More like 100. I booked this one specifically to NOT be on a party boat and it ended up being the biggest, most crowded party boat of them all. Boat left 30 minutes late and was the most run down looking boat of them all. Not premium. After a refund request was rejected because "everyone completed the experience" I was done. Are we expected to jump off at sea and swim back to shore? Customer service were no help either, shock.
