Playas solitarias de Río: Prainha & Grumari Hike and Swim (grupo pequeño o privado)
Descripción
El recorrido visita la parte oeste de Río de Janeiro, que permanece intacta con mucha naturaleza y playas solitarias. Seguiremos la línea de costa, pasando por 5 playas diferentes (São Conrado, Barra, Reserva, Recreio y Macumba). Primero nos detenemos en Prainha, una playa pequeña y protegida que se considera el lugar de surf en Río, donde harás una caminata de 1 hora y media hasta la cima de Caeté (253 m = 830 pies) que ofrece una excelente vista de la costa y otras montañas de Río. Desde Prainha, en 5 min más. En coche llegamos a Grumari, nuestra última parada y donde nos quedamos a disfrutar de la playa durante unas 3h. Grumari también es un área protegida y disfrutarás de una increíble y paradisíaca playa tropical con arenas blancas y de grano fino, montañas verdes y aguas cristalinas (trae toalla y traje de baño).

- Los viajeros deben tener al menos un nivel de condición física medio
- Detalles de la caminata: 2,8 km (1,8 millas) (arriba y abajo en terreno accidentado), 1,5 h, elev. ganancia 253m=830ft.
- Máximo de 6 participantes en el tour.
- No recomendado para niños menores de 8 años y deben estar acompañados por un adulto.
- El nombre del pasaporte, el número y la fecha de nacimiento se requieren al momento de la reserva para todos los participantes (para el seguro)
- Se requiere algo de fitness. Alrededor de 1,5 h de caminata: sendero fácil, pero subiendo y bajando en terreno accidentado. NINGUNA escalada técnica, solo senderismo.
- Sujeto a condiciones climáticas favorables. Si se cancela debido al clima lluvioso, se le dará la opción de una fecha alternativa o un reembolso completo

Wonderful place, much heat and the trail made us sweat well rsrs. But the beautiful tour, I really liked Guia Renata, very friendly and explained very well the journey we did.

The walk was very good, it included some hiking in Prainha, and then I had the option to choose between this beach and Grumari, which I preferred because it was less crowded. Santiago, my guide, was attentive during the hiking, also giving me information about the history of Brazil and recent events. I highly recommend Jungle me, for their professionalism and attention to detail.

If in Rio you must take a day to see the beautiful beaches outside of the city and the magic of the Tijuca Forest. Fun day and we even learned a lot about the history of Brazil.

Excellent tour that combines a trail in the Atlantic forest and the afternoon on the most isolated beaches in Rio de Janeiro: Prainha and Grumari. For me, it was a perfect day: the trail in the bush was nice, with a beautiful view at the end. Our guide Thiago shared a lot of information about nature, the history of Rio de Janeiro, it was quite enriching. After that, we walked to the beach of Grumari and spent the rest of the afternoon there, enjoying the beauty of the sea, without a lot of people around. For people who want to enjoy the beauty of Rio with light physical activity and enjoyable beach, I recommend.
