Lugares y horarios de recogida
La recogida está programada para 30-45 minutos antes de la salida. El tour operador confirmará la hora exacta de recogida por correo electrónico. Por favor, no olvide revisar su correo electrónico. Planifique reunirse con el conductor en el vestíbulo de su hotel al menos 10 minutos antes de la hora programada. Puede que no te presenten si llegas con más de 10 minutos de retraso o después de que el coche haya salido de tu hotel.

- Boleto para niños de 4 a 11 años o menos de 130 cm de altura (puede ser necesario que se demuestre)
- El viaje en tirolesa no se recomienda para una persona con más de 120 kg., mujeres embarazadas, un niño menor de 4 años y personas con antecedentes quirúrgicos de menos de 6 meses o con hipertensión, asma, enfermedades infecciosas, diabetes, epilepsia y cualquier condición de salud mental
- El viaje en cuatrimoto no tiene restricciones de peso. Los pasajeros deben tener una buena capacidad física y mental para garantizar la seguridad. No se permite alcohol
- Para pasajeros, haga una reserva especificando un boleto para niños, y no se permite conducir
- Durante el recorrido, se pide a los pasajeros que sigan estrictamente al guía/instructor del recorrido. El operador turístico tiene derecho a detener cualquier viaje arriesgado sin reembolso.
- En las raras ocasiones en que se nos solicite cancelar un recorrido, le informaremos con anticipación y le ofreceremos una fecha de recorrido diferente, un recorrido alternativo o le proporcionaremos un reembolso completo

Quite an experience . Was quite slippy on atvs due to the rain but team members took care of our safety Zip lines were great fun

This is a fun tour to do with kids. Be very careful by the swing that is overlooking the city because your kid can easily tumble down the near cliff. Do not let anyone try and stop the swing or slow it down because the momentum will hurl the person over the edge. Ask me how I know. Eek.

We did 18 Platforms program and it was fantastic. Our guide was very funny and all the operators seem to be professional with great sense of humor. Would recommend if anyone os looking for fast pace extreme

Whole experience was a 10 out of 10. Between the easy booking and efficiency of their processes, it was the staff that was the icing on cake. Never once did I feel unsafe.
