- Cambios de vuelo - Si cambia el número de vuelo, notifíquenoslo al menos 6 horas antes de la hora de llegada programada originalmente para que podamos actualizar el horario de su guía. From walking off the plane it was approximately 10 minutes to walk from aircraft, meet our lovely guide MJ , who got us through customs, got our bags, and to our taxi. He did an amazing job! Last time coming into Phuket was nearly an hour wait in the line for customs alone, so well and truly worth it.

I had asked for this service but no-one was there to help with the service. I am trying to get a refund but unable to send a mail. No-one even reached out to me after the said date. Terrible service. Would not go ahead with this so called team.

Very disappointing experience. There was no driver waiting for me at the pickup location. When I contacted them and told them I was outside, they argued with me instead of trying to resolve the issue. I had to pay $116 for another taxi, and they refused to refund me. This was unprofessional, and I would not recommend using this service.

Highly recommend. Worth the money. Was met off the plane with a clear sign with my name. They escorted me past everyone else in immigration/customs to a priority/fast track lane. I was the first one there. They help you collect the luggage, mine was the 4th bag on the carousel. Unsure if they fast track offloading your baggage as part of the service. I was in my hotel car about within about 20 mins of disembarking.

Gem of a service! Although my flight was less than 2 hours, it was important that I start my holiday immediately since I'm in Phuket for only 3 days. I made a mistake of choosing fast track departure instead of arrival (that's how much I needed a break) and the customer service personnel was sharp to notice the discrepancy in flight detail and alerted me immediately. The error was swiftly rectified (thanks so much). The coral lounge is easy to locate - just right in front of the immigration queue. It was easy to spot my name and the service staff was highly efficient...so efficient that I didn't get a chance to ask for her name to thank her in this review. The queue was surprisingly short but I had no regret because I could start my holiday with assurance that I will not be stuck in a long queue (I waited in a 45-min queue at my previous Phuket holiday). Highly recommended!
