Do not book with this company. They took my money and let staff verbally abuse customers. After being told to "shut up or leave the boat," I left. They refused to refund my 600 baht and are hiding behind a fake "ongoing investigation." Unprofessional and dishonest. We’ve been trying to call him from multiple different number as soon as he knows it’s us. It doesn’t respond. Also the Hotel has been trying to reach him out and he have done the same. Be careful don’t get tripped by the other reviews.

A truly memorable day at Phi Phi Islands From start to finish, the experience was seamless and enjoyable. The team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe throughout the trip.
