Hotel pickup is available from selected accommodations in El Calafate. The exact pickup time will be confirmed the day before the activity. Please wait in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. We do not provide pickup from Airbnb or private apartments. In those cases, travelers must go to our central meeting point: Av. del Libertador 935, Z9405 El Calafate, Santa Cruz, Argentina. Due to operational logistics, pickup times may vary depending on your hotel location.
