A partir de nuestros nuevos establos en la cima de la colina sobre Vlychada, disfrutará de impresionantes vistas sobre el Egeo y un ambiente tranquilo y acogedor. Paseo a través de dramáticos cañones volcánicos y acantilados en forma de viento, formados por la erupción minoica, antes de llegar a la aislada playa de Eros. ¡Monta a caballo en una hermosa playa en la naturaleza virgen del sur de la isla! Comenzando en los establos en Megalochori, recorra los senderos de los viñedos y vea su diseño tradicional, y a lo largo de los senderos del sur que conducen a la playa aislada de Eros. Estos caminos fueron creados por la gran erupción, que formó la isla. Mientras montas, verás pequeñas gargantas y barrancos tallados en la roca volcánica y podrás maravillarte con el paisaje único de Santorini. Al final de la ruta se llega a la playa de Eros, una larga playa negra con impresionantes acantilados de formación rocosa como telón de fondo. Pasee por la playa y luego diríjase a la cima de la colina para disfrutar de la vista panorámica de la playa y los senderos. The ride was beautiful, but the horses were skinny with their ribs and spine visible through the skin.
The horse ride was pretty great. My wife and I were both novice riders, this was our first time on a horse and everything went pretty smoothly. The horses were well cared for, and were lovely. The guides were very kind, and took some great pictures. Great experience all the way around.

The staff were fantastic to deal with and very accomodating with rescheduling due to delays disembarking our cruise, we can’t thank them enough! The ride itself was brilliant, they cater to all experience levels and made us feel very comfortable. The horses were very well behaved and the experience was brilliant. Cuddles with Rolex the puppy before and after the ride were definitely a highlight! Thanks guys!
The best money spent whilst in Santorini! To save you all doing the research I did it for you - ‘Santorini Horse Riding’ is by far the best beach ride on the island and if done on an evening you get to watch the incredible sunset whilst riding along the beach. The ride also includes a stunning ride to the beach through high, rock sided valleys which was an experience by itself. Myself and my partner did the 1.5hr beach ride at €80 each. My partner is a beginner and I’m experienced and it suited both of us. My partner was lead-roped which calmed his nerves and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They also took lots of photos of us along the way. The horses are in great shape and well looked after. I’m still grinning ear to ear. It’s an absolute must!!!
We arrived at the stable and got to meet our guides. It was two brothers and one of the brothers wife. They were both very, very nice and accommodating. And they spoke English so that was very helpful. The horses that we got were very tame and very predictable and so lovely. So if you have no or limited riding experience you will not be disappointed and will feel very safe. The hosts took lots of pictures and were very friendly.
One of the most amazing experiences of our time in Santorini! Beautiful new stables, friendly horses and amazing riders and guides. Family owned and remarkable. Should not be missed. The views of the rock formations then the beach. Wonderful. Good for couples, friends and families!

Our two female guides led us through the charming traditional village of Megalochori, where the narrow streets and whitewashed houses felt like stepping into a postcard. From breathtaking cliffside views to the unforgettable ride across the island’s black sand beaches, every moment was perfectly curated and made us fall in love with the island.
