From arrival to departure we felt welcome and looked after. The kids (14 & 5 years old) were taken care of and kept warm between rides and had a blast going down the tracks of their choice both alone and together. While I stayed below watching from the sheltered viewing area with great heating on the chilly morning. Even had the option of buying a hot drink while there. Such a great idea having the spas and sauna available. Would definitely go again, and highly recommend it to others

Something not to miss! Laughing the whole way down. Went when it was only 60F but they have hot tubs at the top and bottom and warm water in the balls
Our 3 oldest children did 3 Zorb rides together and they all had an absolutely blast! Staff were polite and helpful. The kids could sit in the sauna or spa between rides and it was a quiet day, so the the wait times weren’t long. It is one of the more expensive activities we did, but great memories for the kids!

We had an amazing experience at ZORB Rotorua! We booked the VIP package, which included a T-shirt and four rides, and it was absolutely worth it. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. They even allowed us to check in early, which was extremely helpful and appreciated. The rides were such a blast and definitely perfect for adventure and thrill seekers visiting Rotorua. It was a chilly day, so the jacuzzis afterward were an excellent touch and made the experience even better. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for something fun, unique, and unforgettable!

exhilarating rolls downhill. Safe, fun, screams amid laughter. Hot tubs to keep warm in between rolls downhill was a nice touch but overall the changing facilities are very lacking, especially in slightly chilly weather.

It was such a fun experience. I was laughing the whole time. So unique and a beautiful location. The hot tubs were a nice touch also. You definitely get moved around a lot but none of us felt sick.

My husband and I were traveling near Rotorua and made a wrong turn. We ended up in the Zorb parking lot and decided it looked like fun. The staff was so nice and friendly! Zorbing is a BLAST and I would highly recommended it as a fun and unique activity!!!

Friendly staff, always an extremely fun and exciting ride down the hill, clean and everything you need for changing before and after. The hot tub is a nice touch at the end. I do remember years ago the guy who tipped us out was a happy, energetic, fun guy but this time and the time before was not like that, I missed that. And no photo opportunity even to buy. I think a go-pro or something like it, add-on would be a great idea. But we always make a special trip to Rotorua to do the Zorb so we will definitely be going back next time we're in NZ!! Highly recommend!!
