The tour was easy to follow and very insightful, as I learnt a lot about Paris that I would not have known if I were to walk the streets myself. I would’ve preferred if the trip was slightly longer though. Nina has been very friendly and patient, enjoyed her guidance!
Our guide Angela was a wealth of knowledge and happily shared local information to enhance our visit to Paris. She shared her passion for Paris and history while making the tour interesting and fun. The escorted entrance into Notre Dame was so very helpful as the lines were long and confusing, however the time went quickly as she explained so many interesting facts and pointed out architectural features that we would have missed if we had gone independently. We were at the meeting point perfectly on time, that is to say 15 minutes early. The guide was supposed to be in blue (written on the voucher!): saw nothing of the sort, a guide dressed entirely in red left without bothering to check her clients. Phone contact refuses to contact the guide!! Result: no tour of medieval Paris, only managed to get into Sainte-Chapelle. Provider to avoid!!!

En cas de difficulté pour la localiser, il est également possible de nous contacter afin que nous puissions vous aider. Nous regrettons que vous n’ayez pas pu participer à la visite et comprenons votre déception. Sachez toutefois qu’une possibilité de report peut être proposée, sous réserve de disponibilité.
Carole gave us a very personal 4 person tour and was very knowledgeable. A very pleasant start of day tour.
The tour with Pablo was quite good. The group I was with had about 25 people. That’s a very large group to be navigating narrow sidewalks, and lots of traffic. While the tour and the information given were high-quality, my issue was the timing. The tour started at 10:15 AM., But we were not alerted to the fact that our entry to the chapel was not until 11:40 AM. Your website states the tour will last between one and two hours. That is misleading. We expected to be done with the tour by noon. But we were just getting through security and into the chapel at that time. Please take the suggestions as areas for improvement. Overall, a job well done.
Lawerence is an excellent example of a tour guide. You can tell he genuinely loved his job without him mentioning it by the way he speaks about the history while keeping everyone engaged. He is very nice and considerate of all group members and made sure to stop to ensure everyone was accounted for and questions answered. He ensured we avoided crowds, and taught us about more than just the basics. He truly knows what he’s talking about! Thank you Lawerence!!!
