The excursion got canceled due to the rain storm! Unfortunately it’s non refundable when that happens and we were only here for one Night so that was bad! So plan accordingly!
We understand how disappointing it is when Miami weather doesn’t cooperate, especially during a one-night visit. Safety always comes first, so activities cannot operate when conditions are unsafe. The good news is that weather cancellations receive a credit, so the full value of your booking is available whenever you’re back in Miami. We hope to see you again on a day when the weather is better!

We had such a fun time with this parasailing experience! Our guides were funny, friendly, and incredibly helpful, which made the whole experience feel comfortable and exciting. Everything was well organized, and the views were amazing. It was definitely an experience we’ll remember and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a fun adventure!

It was great just know if the boat is full, you will only get to go up for 9 mins one time, also the reservation time you selected does not mean you will do the sport on time. We were supposed to do our activity at 10:30 and they let other people who were paying on site go ahead of us, so we had to wait till 11:30 to do our activity. Overall our experience was amazing.

Just to clarify how our dock flow works, reservations lock in your boarding window and grant priority over walk-ins, but departure order is still subject to real-time availability. As for flight times, trips run about an hour total with 6 to 10 minutes per group, which is detailed in our booking listing. We appreciate you riding with us and wish you all the best!
