I was told there was one only route the other was not going to be honored because of construction going on on south. It was barely 45 min and we were drop off at the same place I accessed it initially!…. I found out it’s was more economic to purchase the ticket on board there was a difference of 4 dollars cheaper. Thank you

The tour was only done in Spanish! I speak some Spanish, but not fluent. I missed a lot of details important to the history of Mérida.

Please know that this is not a hop on hop off tour. You ride the bus through town (we started at the Cathedral) and a recording in Spanish explains the sites. You arrive back to where you start. Description states there are 2 separate routes, when asked the difference between the routes, we were told it is the same route but the 2nd time is without going a los barrios, for the cost, you get what you pay for.

Guided tour was Spanish only. People were great and the overview of the city was surprising. There are many sides to this city and we were happily exposed to a few of them on this tour. Don't miss this on your visit
Complete misinformation on timing and pick up. We cancelled it after over an hour wait. Cancelled via Viator. Then much later saw the bus- got on and paid through local company. Much less! But still would not recommend-

Excellent tour of the main points of interest of the City of Merida. Bus in good condition, friendly staff. I recommend preventing yourself with protection from the sun and heat, such as hat, umbrella, blocker.

The bus makes two very similar rounds and you can never get off at the points of interest except at the cathedral and Paseo 60. All in Spanish. I, who had a problem with my leg, used it to get an idea.

This was a great way to see the city so we knew where we wanted to go back and visit. We had limited time so we did this the first day of our trip.

For the price, it was perfect for a city tour with some explanations. It was so hot that it was great in the late afternoon.

Very bad experience! The bus got a flat tire and we had to get off the bus several blocks away from the stop at Paseo 60 and walk back. They did not reimburse the cost of the tickets and neither offer transportation back to the bus stop! Shame!
