It was an absolutely amazing experience. 100/100!! Orlando our guide made the entire tour extra special. He was knowledgeable, multilingual, friendly, hospital and an overall great person. Special thanks to the Emeberá people. They were so so welcoming.
This was a well organized event. Communication before pickup was excellent and assuring which is to me very important as a solo traveler. Robert and Ruben were friendly and knowledgeable and the village’s cultural presentations were incredible! One important tip. Bring secure water shoes rather than flip flops because the waterfall trail can be extremely muddy. Overall, the experience was absolutely worth it and I was confident enough in the company to book a different tour with them!
Orlando did an amazing job as a guide, with showing so much respect for the Embera tribe culture, which helped us feel safe and relaxed. Visiting the waterfall was fun, but can be a little crowded. The hike is great though! At the community, we were greeted with a song, dances, amazing food and smiles. It is amazing to experience the indigenous culture this way.
We highly recommend this experience. We had so much fun hanging out at the village and learned so much about their culture. It was a true immersion opportunity. The waterfall was also absolutely refreshing and a great add on. Our guide Irving was very knowledgeable and seemed very familiar and comfortable with the tribe. This in itself made us even more comfortable and made us feel safe and welcome. Additionally the food was so fresh and delicious! Let’s not forget that upbeat dance party that followed! What a blast ! Our kids can’t stop talking about this rich and unforgettable experience. This is definitely a must do when in Panama !
Orlando was great! He encouraged us to immerse ourselves fully into the experience. The tribe was warm and welcoming, accommodating and the food was incredibly delicious! It was a wonderful day and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of this experience.

This is a very active activity and we brought our elderly parents with us and Orlando acted like a personal guide for our mother.
