Samuel was a great tour guide. Knowledgeable and so we did not miss anything he managed our time between seeing a boat move through the canal and the imax documentary of the canal.
Rueban made the day pleasant, fun and informative. He asked what we would like to do and was very attentive to our needs.
Cesar was great. He was very knowledgeable about Panama and the history and gave us a great overview of the city.
We were able to view the canal from a variety of perspectives, and see an Imax film about its history
Ok not good enough. The car that we tour in was small and uncomfortable. It was even missing one door handle. We had a water bottle included and did not get any in this very hot weather. The restaurant that the guide stopped in for lunch had a bad salad, lettuce was translucent and brown. The guide stopped there bcs he gets free lunch. He said he was a substitute driver.

Oscar, the guide was great. He was really accommodating and friendly. I would recommend the tour, it was one of the highlights of our trip. Especially the fish market.
We unfortunately didn't have a great time on this tour for a few reasons. Firstly, and most importantly, we did not get to see any ships pass through the canal. We chose the 10:30am time slot and unfortunately that day, the ships were paused from 11am (when we arrived to the canal) until 4pm, so we only watched the documentary. It seems the canal schedule changes day-to-day so we understand this may have been out of the guide's control, but perhaps going to the stops in a different order could have allowed us to see the canal in action. We also did not visit three (!) of the stops listed on the itinerary (150 Years of the Presence of China in Panama, Canal Administration Building, and Mercado Nacional de Artesanias). Our guide was very kind and we felt comfortable with him, but unfortunately we didn't get much information about the stops we visited and when we asked questions, he often didn't know the answers.

During the New Year there are activities that woun’t be open due Holidays we do always the full tour but it places are not open we go to the main places so you can enjoy the experience! If you had questions that are not answered by the Guide we are always open for your questions at any time and on that way we can also improve the service. Also for that especial date you received instead of a Shared Tour a Private Tour and the Guide tryed to offer you the places as the Market and you said no. This was an incredible experience. Our guide, Oscar, was so friendly and personable. He answered our questions throughout the trip and even went out of his way to pull over to make sure that we got all of the pictures we wanted. He was such a sweetheart. If anyone is thinking about booking this excursion, I would highly recommend Oscar!
Oscar was a great help with navigating the city. He helped us arrange our itinerary to try to minimize some of the traffic that was expected that day. He was very friendly and went out of his way to assist my mother, helping her in and out of the car. We saw many beautiful sites in the city, but we were most looking forward to seeing the Panama Canal. It was a very busy day, with long lines, but Oscar helped us navigate that as well. This was our first trip to Panama City, but we would request him again.
Good tour, among the best to know Panama City. The guide was very attentive and informative at all times. Very punctual too. 100% recommended.
