What an amazing tour! Emma was our guide; she was one of the best tour guides we have encountered in all our travels: knowledgeable, great delivery, funny, engaging, perfect English! She knew how to give us enough information without overwhelming us with details. I really felt that I learned something meaningful. We hit all the key sites in central Bordeaux, and she found shade everywhere, which was so appreciated given the heat wave ongoing. I have spent much more on other tours and received much less! Shame on the person who complained that the tour was described as “free” and then was annoyed at paying something of their choosing! So very happy we did this tour and that we were fortunate enough to have Emma as our guide!
Great history & architecture lesson. Easy walking. Large group, unfortunately, but still learned a lot about Bordeaux.
This tour was a great way to get the lay of the land on our first evening in Bordeaux. We learned some history, felt our way around the historic district and got some great recommendations.
Caz, our tour guide did a great job showing us around and telling us the history and stories. He was informative as well as entertaining. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour around Bordeaux.
Guide was quite informative, moved the tour along at nice pace and did a great job wrangling a large group. Microphone was a plus to be able to hear easily. He situated us to duck under awnings and trees when rain popped up.
Wonderful walking tour. Two hours and a great overview of the areas, some history, architecture, etc. Emma was fun, knowable, entertaining. Nice pace. Highly recommend.
The tour was interesting and informative and gave an insight into the history of the city. The group was larger than we would have liked, but I gather that the guide from another walking tour was ill and had transferred his clients to our group.

Great Walking Tour, we do these whereever we go. Gave us a great historical foundation of Bordeaux and guide was a textbook of information with plenty of time for questions at the end. Pity about some disruptive people who ran away before the last stop, as they obviously didn't want to pay. Guide did a tremendous Job
