En el museo del Louvre comenzaremos mirando las antiguas paredes de un castillo guerrero del siglo XIII que fue el Louvre. Continuaremos nuestro recorrido en la sección Creek del Museo, entendiendo la necesidad de los atributos de las esculturas griegas y discutiendo sobre la Venus de Milo. Luego visitaremos uno de los primeros salones del trono del período del Renacimiento, con artículos tan famosos como Cariátides, Tres Gracias y algunas esculturas más fascinantes que datan del 500 a. C. Luego nos trasladaremos a la sección de pintura del Renacimiento, veremos el salón donde Napoleón celebró su matrimonio con Josephine, continuando en la Gran Galería del Louvre con pintura italiana. Descubrirá una de las imágenes más despiadadas del museo y admirará las grandes pinturas del siglo XIX. Le mostraré una obra maestra italiana que no se cita en las guías pero es absolutamente impresionante. Y terminaremos nuestra visita en el lujoso apartamento de Napoleón III.

We waited for over an hour at the designated meeting place and the tour guide did not show up! Do NOT book this tour. Fraudulent!!!
Alice was a no-show for our tour. We have requested our money back but she hasn’t responded to that either. Would definitely NOT recommend this tour. Fortunately we were able to get general admission tickets to the museum 3 hours later after they opened up more ticket sales. But we weren’t able to book any sort of guided tour because it was too late. It was a very stressful, disappointing morning for our once in a lifetime trip.
Deceitful and unprofessional. Think twice before booking this tour. Alice will ask you nicely if it is okay for you to buy tickets for the time they prefer. You cannot say no EVEN if the time she prefers is no longer available at any merchant or official website of the Louvre. We bought the nearest time to her preferred time because that was the closest available. Alice knew from day 1 of booking her that we were holding entry times different from her preferred time. She is the tour guide, we are just the people paying her to tour us so if she says 11AM she will wait at the last minute to tell you that she cannot do the tour and we cannot refund our payment. BEWARE
Alice was a phenomenal guide on my very visit to The Louvre. She has a really pleasant voice to listen to, and is knowledgeable. She provided the information in such a digestible way to a place that is so magnificent and overwhelming. She didn't even ask for us to share a review, but since I was on TripAdvisor writing a review for another tour, I decided to look up her tour and write a review since I was so impressed.
