Nuestro tour visita dos mercados locales para su deleite : el Mercado 20 de Noviembre y el Mercado Benito Juárez, antes de caminar hacia el Zócalo, una encantadora plaza llena de historia, impresionante arquitectura, y cultura. El casco antiguo de Oaxaca es el área perfecta para experimentar el ambiente colorido y descubrir los sabores vibrantes de la auténtica cocina mexicana, incluido un hielo afeitado regional tradicional de sabor único. ¡Bienvenidos a nuestro punto de partida! Aquí nuestro guía se presentará y brindará una interesante descripción general de todo el recorrido culinario.
¡Comienza un delicioso viaje mientras saboreamos nuestros primeros bocados y aprendemos más sobre los mercados en Oaxaca! Nuestro viaje gastronómico comienza con dos bocados increíbles en el famoso Mercado 20 de Noviembre en Oaxaca: uno salado y otro dulce. Degustaremos un platillo clásico mexicano reconocido por su rica historia y exclusivo de esta ciudad: nuestro Mole Negro especial, para disfrutar junto con otro Mole distintivo de Oaxaca; ¡luego Chili relleno y más!
Luego, pasearemos por el Mercado Juárez, donde tomaremos otra ronda de deliciosos bocados: ¡un quesillo y un dulce refrigerio local!
Descubre el Zócalo, nos encargaremos de que todos disfruten de nuestra bebida prehispánica por excelencia, el Tejate, acompañada de un dulce Pan de Yema, ¡ahí mismo!
Exploraremos una de las animadas zonas comerciales del centro histórico, descubriendo los lugares donde a los lugareños les encanta pasar el tiempo. ¡Y aquí mismo visitaremos una hermosa terraza y comeremos más! Después de un breve paseo por otra calle, acabaremos aquí de nuevo, ¡entrando en nuestro Destino Secreto para los amantes de la gastronomía!

Kicked off our 5-day family vacation in Oaxaca with Ricardo leading our food tour. We booked a public tour, but it ended up being private, which was particularly helpful for modifying for our group members' allergies and pescatarian diet.
