Unser Fahrer wird Ihnen dann eine frische Wasserflasche (kalt oder mit Zimmertemperatur) kaufen. Zweitens ist die mauritische Küche eine Mischung aus asiatischer und indischer Küche. Das Restaurant, in das Sie gebracht wurden, war KEIN ASIATISCHES RESTAURANT, SONDERN EIN MAURITISCHES RESTAURANT. Als Beweis haben wir den Rechnungsbeleg, der Ihnen und TripAdvisor bereits zugesandt wurde. Greetings , my name is hans and unfortunately i was with you the whole day. I can assure you as the responsible of this company, the start itself was already reported as a disaster to Miss RUCHIKAA PUDDOO. You were given a 7 seater for 3 PERSONS on basis that you have paid 100$ via paypal extra for 1 luggage per persons, but you brought 5 luggage in total and 3 handbags. We still have watsap messages of us informing you THAT WE ARE A TOUR COMPANY AND DOING 2 service (luggage & full day tour) in 1 day will affect your tour. We had to pick you up in port louis(waited for you for 45minutes before you came out of the ship) with 5 luggage and drop you off at your HOTEL in LE MORNE ,which is not included in the tour, still we agreed to. 2ndly YOU BOOKED ON THE CHINESE NEW YEAR ON A SUNDAY WHICH IS PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN MAURITIUS, this info was communicated to you and you said you are coming from a cruise ship and you have no choice than to do this on that day as you were leaving in the next 2 days. YOU HAD EVERY INFORMATION THAT MOST PLACES WILL BE CLOSED. When we met on that day, i told you everything and you said ITS FINE, you just wanted a car to pick you up and drop you and see things on the way. As you were from INDIAN ORIGINS, you requested for a STRICT vegetarian meal for 1 of you. I stopped to a restaurant not inyour package just to provide that one person for a genuine veg meal which you bought 2 meals and shared, although i informed you we are doing this EXTRA ON THE COMPANY, just because of the vegetarian(respectfully which was also a person with walking problems). After showing you G basiin and alexandra falls, i brought you in CHAMOUNY, for trying Chinese themed Boiled Mauritian noodles with lamb curry to which you said the restaurant was too FULL WITH MAURITIANS AND YOU WERE NOT FEELING AT EASE, again i told you its because its a public holiday chinese new year so everyone is out having chinese mauritian based dish. You were not ok and you requested to be brought back to the park (go was back) which i did after informing the boss, when you were finished with the park, i brought you to the pizza place where you bought 1 large SEAFOOD PIZZA AND 1 medium Margarita pizza, we still have receipt and time. Then you requested that in your package there are snacks, i informed you that those snacks are only on requests before lunch but due to many places closed etc, i will inform my boss and bring you to a supermarket which we did, and you brought HARDIRAMS which is not included, my boss phoned you and you yourself said that you were happy with those and we brought it for everyone including 1 0.5 lt of sprite. On going back you were showed , Riviere des gallets, bel ombre, Maconde, Le morne which was never in the package and i dropped you at 6.15 pm, on a public holiday which is 2hour more than the time we were supposed to. In Mauritius we have a large hindu community and we work a lot with all people around the world, but please take not that we do not tolerate Racism and hate. We do sometimes meet guests that are needy and try to fulfill all their needs, BUT BEING PERSONALLY WITH YOU THE WHOLE DAY, me HANS, when you told me THERE Is big difference ‘Between A HINDU FROM AMERICA AND MAURITIUS,i assumed you were not at ease with me or us(considering you refused to eat in the noodle bar and at the pizza you ordered to take away and ate in the car which was forbidden but i had to authorise you because you always frustrated at me). I really advice our guests to please check our ratings and quality, we do provide one of the best service to guests but on my hand , its not always easy to be a Yes man all the time. I strongly advice anyone to please read the tour inclusions well and take into consideration about our culture and holidays before booking a date. My name is Hans and you check my reviews , i always try my bests but in some cases, there are many things beyond my comprehension and we are very sorry for that. Had you not exceeded the limite of expenses for this tour , we would gladly refund you a partial amount but in this case after all reviewing the GPS DATA, emails and messages, unfortunately we do not have reasonable points to agree with the above statement.
