Stops at LV Hotel & Trump Tower: Visits to these locations are not contained within the official tour itinerary. Times Square Evening Tour: Our itinerary includes a daytime visit to Times Square; the evening tour of Times Square is likewise not part of our scheduled program. Concerning the itinerary changes you mentioned, our scheduled tour that day included the Financial District (“Wealth Tour”) and the Statue of Liberty Cruise. Upon arriving at the cruise departure point, you expressed a preference to visit Central Park instead of taking the cruise. While we always aim to accommodate guests where possible, we are required to follow the published itinerary. Therefore, after completing the Financial District tour, guests who did not wish to join the cruise were offered free time at the pier before returning to Boston. We deeply regret that the day did not meet your expectations and that the communication around fees caused distress.
