Únase a nosotros en esta experiencia única en la vida y viva la aventura más increíble nadando junto a los gentiles gigantes de este océano. Su encuentro será supervisado por nuestros guías con mucha experiencia, sin mencionar que usará nuestro equipo de snorkel certificado por National Geographic Snorkeler. Comenzamos la aventura recogiéndote de cualquier hotel en Cancún, Riviera Maya o Playa del Carmen para llevarte a nuestra nueva marina privada en Punta Sam en Cancún. Luego de un desayuno ligero abordamos y nos dirigimos al área protegida del Tiburón Ballena donde, luego de encontrarlos, iniciaremos las inmersiones, 2 a 3 por persona, siempre en parejas y con nuestro guía certificado. Antes de regresar a nuestro puerto deportivo, visitaremos la hermosa Playa Norte en Isla Mujeres, donde tendrá una hora para relajarse y disfrutar del mejor ceviche preparado a la vista por nuestra tripulación.

Nuestro Whale Shark Encounter comienza temprano en la mañana donde, dependiendo del hotel o condominio en el que se hospede, nuestros experimentados conductores de furgonetas lo recogerán en el lobby o entrada para llevarlo a nuestro nuevo puerto deportivo ubicado en la terminal de ferry en Punta Sam en Cancún. Todas nuestras camionetas son unidades de A / C cómodas en perfectas condiciones y todos nuestros conductores tienen licencia y están certificados para operar el turismo en la autopista. Una vez que llegue a nuestro puerto deportivo, será bienvenido por nuestro personal de tierra y, después de un registro rápido, donde será asignado a su barco, tendrá la oportunidad de tomar un desayuno ligero antes de abordar. Salimos a las 7:50 am y nos dirigimos directamente al área protegida de tiburón ballena, los chalecos salvavidas son obligatorios desde el momento en que abordamos, esto siempre por su seguridad, lo cual es una gran preocupación para nosotros. Después de una hora llegamos y encontramos los tiburones ballena, nuestro capitán elegirá uno y hará las maniobras adecuadas con el bote para comenzar a nadar, siempre en pareja y con nuestro guía certificado, 2 por 2 irá al agua para nadar al lado estas hermosas criaturas, hay 10 personas en cada bote, después de 2 a 3 inmersiones por persona, asegurándose de que todos tengan su oportunidad, todos embarcarán y comenzarán el regreso pero, antes de llegar a Cancún, tenemos una parada final, Playa Norte en Isla Mujeres. Playa Norte es la playa más bonita de Isla Mujeres y, considerada una de las playas más hermosas del mundo, aquí tendrá una hora para relajarse o, si lo desea, hacer algo más de esnórquel. Nuestro capitán preparará su famoso ceviche mientras disfruta de su bebida favorita sin alcohol, también habrá sándwiches disponibles. Luego regresamos a nuestro puerto deportivo en Cancún, donde nuestras camionetas lo estarán esperando listo para regresar a sus hoteles después de esta maravillosa aventura. Las recogidas en los hoteles comienzan a las 5:30 am, dependiendo del hotel y el área donde se hospede, y los barcos generalmente regresan a nuestro puerto deportivo de 1:00 a 2:00 pm.
Después de la aventura del tiburón ballena, relájate en la paradisíaca Playa Norte, donde también podrás disfrutar de un ceviche fresco preparado por el capitán.

Podemos recogerlo en la mayoría de los hoteles en la zona hotelera de Cancún o en el centro, Playa del Carmen y Riviera Maya. Para Tulum o cualquier alquiler de vacaciones, ofrecemos un servicio de recogida desde un punto de encuentro cercano.

We were picked up from Impression Isla Mujeres promptly at our scheduled time. Nate and Julian waited a few mins for another couple running a few mins behind. From there we were chauffeured over to the mainland by boat to properly check-in and back on the boat with Nate and Julian. Julian was a phenomenal Captain, expertly guiding us through the offshore chop and finding the sharks. Nate’s direction was clear, and he prepared all of our gear so we were ready to go once we spotted the sharks. Here’s where the trip is worth every single cent. The moment you hit the water and experience these animals face-to-face is incredible. Once-in-a-lifetime. Nate’s athleticism is unmatched. I suffered an injury on this trip prior and my swimming was not as strong. Nate helped to put me in the right spot, and ensure I was safe. My wife is a strong swimmer, so on our second jump, Nate prioritized her to ensure he got incredible GoPro footage of her, and that he did.. Forever grateful for that.. The ride back was relatively smooth, and very relaxing. We were able to talk amongst everyone onboard and have a great time. Playa Norte was such a fun boat raft up experience, and a great way to relax and end the day. I’m not a fish fan, but Nate’s ceviche was handmade and looked incredible. The ham sandwiches perfectly hit the spot as well. Overall, would absolutely recommend over and over again. Must do, and a great day made possible most to Nate and Julian!
Pros: Transportation to/from hotel was wonderful. Check in was easy. Tour guide was nice. Whale sharks were huge and so cool to see!! Cons: We got to go in once for about a minute, then were sent back onto the boat so someone else could have another turn. Our boat broke down in the middle of the ocean. Had to wait for another and jump from the boat and swim to the other. Over half of our group threw up (my husband almost did and he never gets sea sick). Captain was rude the entire time and just kept yelling at us to jump over the edge of the boat because they were on a time frame. It was supposed to be 4-5 hours. We left at 6:30am and didn't get back to our hotel until 2:30pm. Basically, we had about a minute actually swimming with the whale sharks and a half hour swimming at isla. The rest of the time we were all sick on the speed boat. And, since we were so behind schedule, our Isla trip lasted about 1/2 hour and you weren't actually allowed to go to the beach you had to stay in the water near the boat. Final verdict: Whale sharks were amazing. Tour guide was nice. We got to see flying fish which was also really cool. Captain, absolute jerk. Broken boat, spent about 6 hours in the speed boat and were all so sick by the middle of it. Would do it again, but not with this company.
The entire experience was amazing! Willie and Baby Face took such great care of us! We saw many Whale Sharks and Willie stayed with us each swim. Captain Baby Face prepared a delicious Cevice lunch! What a great day!

Giovanni and Captain Gustavo accompanied us. A great and impressive experience. Giovanni was super attentive, helping me get closer and faster to the shark. Absolutely recommended and I would do it again if I return. It is important to bring an underwater camera to take videos because although they sell you the photos and videos later, they cost €82 per person.

Nay was our fantastic guide and Julian our captain on the Alma Luisa (best boat). Weather was good and although the sea was a little choppy this was the most amazing experience. 100% recommend, photos and videos don’t do it justice. We saw whale sharks and Manta rays and got in up close to all of them with help from the captain and guide. A must do.
Nate (guide) and Javier (driver) were both tremendous! They made us feel safe, and made sure we enjoyed everything to its fullest!!

Wonderful experience. Our guide Nate was wonderful and so was our Captain Julian-getting us close to the whale sharks. Amazing experience. FYI 3 out of 10 got seasick so pack some meds.
