Realizará un recorrido desde el renacimiento hasta el romanticismo viendo obras tan importantes como: "Las Meninas" Velázquez, "El jardín de las Delicias" Bosch o "El Lavatorio" Tintoretto. Al finalizar, su guía les acompañará hacia el Palacio Real en vehículo privado, allí descubrirá uno de los palacios más grandes de Europa Occidental, un guía oficial le mostrará cada una de las habitaciones ricamente decoradas y admirará la opulencia y magnificencia que los monarcas encargaron a los mejores pintores como Mengs, Tiepolo y arquitectos como Sabatini. Hoy podemos admirar también la fastuosa colección de porcelanas, cristales, relojes y contemplar los lujosos Stradivarius. Al finalizar, podrá visitar el Museo de Armería por su cuenta y disfrutar de una de las mejores conservadas en Europa, utilizada por los monarcas españoles desde el siglo XVI (cerrada temporalmente).

On this visit to Madrid I toured the Royal Palace and Escorial. It was an amazing contrast to see Spanish royal palaces from two different periods. Given that Spain’s monarchy is so important for its history this is a must do.
Full tour with very informed guide and very attentive with the group, very interesting to know the most outstanding works of the Prado museum and know in detail the Royal Palace.

The guide was great! We were taken advantage of by the phone reservation person. She sold us a double tour. I explicitly asked for the Royal Palace tour only and when the tickets arrived in my email they included the Prado as well. We had already visited the Prado. It was a very expensive “error”.

The Royal Palace is just beautiful and full of history. Our guide took us on a real journey through the history of Spain with excellent explanations of all the items/paintings/architecture on display. Full credit to our guide as we would not have appreciated even a small percentage of what we saw without her there. A definite must-see in Madrid!
